Abstract

Kualitas air sangat menentukan kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan ikan mengingat air adalah media hidup ikan, jika perairan tercemar maka akan mengganggu pertumbuhan ikan yang di budidayakan sehingga diperlukan pengukuran kualitas air secara berkala. Teknologi bioflok merupakan upaya untuk mengurangi limbah beracun dengan memanfaatkan mikroorganisme.. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai paramater fisika , kimia air pada kolam budidaya ikan nila dengan sistem bioflok. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, melakukan pengukuran langsung di lapangan (in situ) yang meliputi suhu, pH, dissolved oxygen/ oksigen terlarut (DO), TDS, nitrat, nitrit dan amonia. Nilai parameter kualitas air hasil pengukuran adalah Suhu 25,7°C - 27,8°C, DO (Dissolved Oxygen) 5,7 mg/l - 7,6 mg/l, TDS (Total Dissolved Solid) 272 mg/l – 296 mg/l, pH berkisar antara 6,9 - 8,3, Nitrat 0 mg/l, Nitrit 0 - 0,25 mg/l, Ammonia 0-1,0 mg/l. Parameter fisika dan kimia air seperti suhu, DO, TDS, pH, Nitrat dan Nitrit telah memenuhi syarat sesuai SNI 7550:2009 kecuali Amonia kadarnya melebihi standar baku Water quality greatly determines the survival and growth of fish considering that water is the medium of life for fish, if the waters are polluted it will interfere with the growth of cultured fish so that periodic water quality measurements are needed. Biofloc technology is an effort to reduce toxic waste by utilising microorganisms. Based on this, the research conducted aims to determine the value of physical parameters, water chemistry in tilapia fish farming ponds with biofloc systems. The research method used is descriptive, taking direct measurements in the field (in situ) which includes temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), TDS, nitrate, nitrite and ammonia. The values of water quality parameters measured were Temperature 25.7°C - 27.8°C, DO (Dissolved Oxygen) 5.7 mg/l - 7.6 mg/l, TDS (Total Dissolved Solid) 272 mg/l - 296 mg/l, pH ranging from 6.9 - 8.3, Nitrate 0 mg/l, Nitrite 0 - 0.25 mg/l, Ammonia 0-1.0 mg/l. Physical and chemical parameters of water such as temperature, DO, TDS, pH, Nitrate and Nitrite have met the requirements according to SNI 7550: 2009 except Ammonia levels exceed the standard
