Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in ASN BKPSDM employees of Tebing Tinggi City. The implication of this research is the lack of work motivation in BKPSDM employees, so that it cannot increase optimal Organizational Citizenship Behavior in employees. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all ASN employees of the Tebing Tinggi City Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency. The sample was taken using the total sampling technique (census) method of 30 ASN employees. Research data obtained through primary and secondary data with data collection through questionnaires, then analyzed using SEM analysis with the help of SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that work environment has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, work motivation has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. It is hoped that in the future it is expected to be a guiding material for organizational leaders, especially the government in managing the increase in OCB in the state civil apparatus or ASN.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job training and work motivation on employee performance at PT Perta-Samtan Gas. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data used are primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 103 employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results indicate that job training and work motivation have an effect on employee performance. Job training provided by the company improves employees’ skills and competencies, which in turn enhances their performance. In addition, work motivation encourages employees to perform optimally in achieving organizational goals. Simultaneously, job training and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This study is expected to contribute to organizations in improving employee performance through effective training programs and enhanced work motivation. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Perta-Samtan Gas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 103 karyawan yang dijadikan sampel dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan kerja yang diberikan perusahaan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensi karyawan sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja. Selain itu, motivasi kerja juga terbukti mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja lebih optimal dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Secara simultan, pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui program pelatihan yang efektif dan peningkatan motivasi kerja.
