Abstract

Total quality management (TQM) is a management philosophy adopted by successful organizations to achieve sustainable business performance, and TQM practices demonstrate that high and consistent product quality cannot be achieved and maintained unless quality management is implemented in an integrated manner with other management systems. aims to optimize the role of climate mediation. Collaboration influences directly or indirectly the total quality of management. This type of research is quantitative using a survey method on elementary school teachers in Cilegon City and will be tested using the Partial Least Square (PLS SEM) approach. The research results include 1) there is an influence of Shared Responsibility on the climate of cooperation. 2) there is an influence of Joint Commitment on the Cooperation climate. 3) there is no influence of Shared Responsibility on TQM. 4) there is an influence of Shared Commitment on TQM. 5) there is an influence of the cooperation climate on TQM. 6) mediating variables (collaboration climate) can directly and indirectly influence TQM. For future researchers, they can add quality management variables implemented in an integrated manner between teachers and school principals.

Abstract

Generally, teacher certification is limited to improving welfare, improving the quality of education and as proof of teacher performance. The aim of the research is to build a model of the involvement of other factors in teacher certification. This type of research is quantitative in the form of respondent data collected through distributing questionnaires to elementary school teachers who have received certification. The results of the research include 1) there is an influence of the role of the school principal on Dapodik information. 2) there is no influence of the principal's role on organizational learning. 3) there is a mental influence of students on Dapodik information. 4) there is an influence of student mentality on organizational learning. 5) there is an influence of Dapodik information on teacher certification. 6) there is an influence of organizational learning on teacher certification.
