Abstract

The integration of machine learning (ML) into English language teaching is gaining traction due to its potential to support personalized learning and increase student engagement. However, its implementation presents critical challenges. Many educators lack the pedagogical training needed to use ML tools effectively, such as adaptive learning platforms and automated assessment systems. Institutional approaches often remain fragmented and reactive, offering limited support, vague curricular links, and few opportunities for collaboration. Ethical concerns—such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and diminished teacher autonomy—further complicate the adoption process. This study employs a qualitative library research method to examine recent literature on ML in English education and teacher preparation. Results emphasize the need for inclusive training strategies, including blended learning, mentorship, and AI-focused modules, that enable teachers to use ML tools thoughtfully and ethically. Yet these efforts are still limited in reach, highlighting the importance of systemic reforms that ensure ethical and equitable ML integration across diverse educational contexts.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the productivity of students (santri) at Padepokan Siti Dhumillah, Bogor, by leveraging agribusiness and business education approaches. Utilizing local agricultural produce such as chili peppers and tomatoes, the program fosters value-added product innovation through the production of sambal under the brand "Nyambel Neh." It is designed to integrate education on technology, online marketing, and business operations, enabling students to acquire not only technical skills but also a comprehensive understanding of agribusiness opportunities. The implementation method involves dividing tasks into specific divisions, including equipment, production, and marketing, supported by mentors providing direct education. Program stages include business and technology education, transforming raw materials into market-ready products, and marketing these products through both online and offline platforms. Outcomes from the program include the creation of three modernly packaged sambal variants, the development of visionary and creative student personalities, and the increased economic sustainability potential of the Padepokan through business diversification. This program aspires to become a model for student empowerment, focusing not only on economic benefits but also on building human resource capacity to compete in the future. By optimizing technology and adopting practice-based learning, students are expected to independently create new business opportunities centered around agribusiness.

Abstract

This research explores the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on personalized learning in educational settings. As traditional teaching methods struggle to cater to the diverse needs of students, AI offers innovative solutions that can tailor educational experiences to individual learning styles, preferences, and paces. This study investigates the various applications of AI technologies, including intelligent tutoring systems, adaptive learning platforms, and data-driven insights, to enhance personalized learning outcomes. By employing a mixed-methods approach that combines quantitative analysis of academic performance metrics with qualitative feedback from students and educators, the research aims to assess the effectiveness of AI-driven personalized learning initiatives. The findings reveal that AI not only improves student engagement and motivation but also facilitates differentiated instruction that addresses learning gaps and strengths. Additionally, the study identifies challenges such as data privacy concerns and the need for professional development for educators to effectively integrate AI solutions into their teaching practices. Ultimately, this research contributes to the ongoing discourse on the role of AI in education, offering actionable recommendations for educators and policymakers to optimize personalized learning experiences for all students.

Abstract

Transformational leadership has been identified as an effective approach to mitigate these challenges by fostering supportive, innovative, and empowering school environments. This study aims to investigate the multifaceted influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance enhancement, burnout reduction, and professional development through effective management practices. Employing a library research methodology, the study synthesizes recent empirical evidence and theoretical frameworks from peer-reviewed literature published within the past five years. Data were collected and analyzed through systematic review and thematic synthesis of scholarly articles focusing on transformational leadership in educational settings. The findings demonstrate that transformational leadership substantially enhances teacher motivation and job satisfaction by providing individualized support and cultivating a shared sense of purpose. Instructional support through mentoring, guidance, and feedback strengthens teaching effectiveness, while a positive school climate mediated by transformational leadership fosters trust and collaboration. Furthermore, transformational leadership promotes continuous professional learning and pedagogical innovation by creating psychologically safe environments conducive to reflection and experimentation.
