<![CDATA[HIV infection is one of the major health problems that progressively affects the body's immune system. Long-term antiretroviral (ARV) treatment, although effective in suppressing viral progression, can cause side effects on vital organ functions such as the liver and kidneys. This study aims to determine the results of SGOT, SGPT, and creatinine level tests in HIV-positive patients who have undergone ARV treatment for ? 6 months at Hospital X Jayapura in 2025. This descriptive study used a laboratory experimental approach on blood serum samples from HIV-positive patients who had undergone ARV treatment for ? 6 months, collected using purposive sampling. The tests were performed using a Sysmex BX-4000 Chemistry Analyzer. The results of the SGOT, SGPT, and creatinine level tests showed that out of 30 HIV-positive patients (100%) who had been on ARV treatment for ? 6 months, 17 patients (56.67%) had normal SGOT levels, 4 patients (13.33%) had low levels, and 9 patients (30%) had high levels. SGPT levels were normal in 16 patients (53.33%), low in 9 patients (30%), and high in 5 patients (16.67%). Creatinine levels were normal in 23 patients (76.67%), low in 2 patients (16.66%), and high in 5 patients (16.67%). Pengobatan antiretroviral (ARV) jangka panjang, meskipun efektif dalam menekan perkembangan virus, dapat menimbulkan efek samping terhadap fungsi organ vital seperti hati dan ginjal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pemeriksaan kadar SGOT, SGPT, dan kreatinin pada pasien ODHIV yang telah menjalani pengobatan ARV selama ? 6 bulan di Rumah Sakit X Jayapura Tahun 2025. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan eksperimental laboratorium terhadap sampel serum darah pasien ODHIV yang telah pengobatan ARV ? 6 bulan yang diambil secara Purposive Sampling. Pemeriksaan dilakukan menggunakan alat Chemistry Analyzer Sysmex BX-4000. Hasil pemeriksaan kadar SGOT, SGPT dan Kreatinin menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 pasien (100%) ODHIV dengan pengobatan ARV ? 6 bulan yang diperiksa diperoleh hasil pemeriksaan kadar SGOT normal sebanyak 17 pasien (56,67%), rendah sebanyak 4 pasien (13,33%) dan tinggi sebanyak 9 pasien (30%). Kadar SGPT normal sebanyak 16 pasien (53,33%), rendah sebanyak 9 pasien (30%) dan tinggi sebanyak 5 pasien (16,67%).
