Abstract

High blood pressure is a serious health problem that is often faced by factory employees. Risk factors that can influence blood pressure include lifestyle factors and unhealthy eating patterns and lack of physical activity. The aim of this research was to determine lifestyle and eating patterns on blood pressure in factory workers in the Semarang district. This research uses a descriptive observational method with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used is a non-probability technique. The population in this study were factory workers in the Semarang district, totaling 98 respondents. Univariate and bivariate data analysis using the Spearman Rank test. These results show a p value = 0.000 < 0.05 so there is a relationship between smoking habits and blood pressure. p value = 0.025 < 0.05 so there is a relationship between excessive salt consumption and blood pressure, p value = 0.016 < 0.05 so there is a relationship between physical activity and blood pressure.   ABSTRAK Tekanan darah tinggi merupakan masalah kesehatan serius yang sering dihadapi oleh pegawai pabrik, faktor resiko yang dapat mempengaruhi tekanan darah diantaranya adalah faktor gaya hidup dan pola makan tidak sehat dan kurangnya aktivitas fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gaya hidup dan pola makan terhadap tekanan darah pada pekerja pabrik di wilayah kabupaten semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik non-probability. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja pabrik yang ada di wilayah kabupaten semarang dengan sumlah sampel 98 responden. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Spearman Rank. Hasil ini menunjukan nilai p value = 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga terdapat hubungan antara kebiasaan merokok dengan tekanan darah. nilai p value = 0,025 < 0,05 sehingga Terdapat hubungan antara Konsumsi garam yang berlebih dengan tekanan darah, nilai p value = 0,016 < 0,05 sehingga terdapat hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dengan tekanan darah.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low conceptual understanding of class VII A students of MTs Negeri 1 Lampung Utara. The purpose of this study was to obtain virtual reality learning media assisted by MilleaLab for understanding mathematical concepts of line and angle material, to determine the feasibility of virtual reality learning media assisted by MilleaLab for understanding mathematical concepts of line and angle material, and to determine the effectiveness of virtual reality learning media assisted by MilleaLab for understanding mathematical concepts of line and angle material. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The research procedure begins with interviews with students to identify student needs, continues with the development of appropriate VR media, and ends with field trials using measuring instruments to measure the effectiveness of the media. The results showed that the use of VR learning media effectively helped MilleaLab in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts, with an N-Gain score of 0.79 which is included in the "high" criteria and an effectiveness level reaching 79%. The impulse of this research is that VR learning media can be an effective tool to improve the teaching and learning process, as well as provide a more interesting and meaningful learning experience for students
