Abstract

Education is very important for all human beings. Education can be successful if there is good management and good management. The role of educational management is very important in an educational institution. Management is basically not a new thing in human life, as well as in a management education is very necessary. Educational management can cover various things, one of which is in financial management. Because, with good financial management in institutions will increase the efficiency of education so that the achievement of educational goals will soon be realized. The purpose of this research is to collect or analyze articles related to Educational Financial Management. The method used is the review article. The results of this study indicate that financial management in an educational institution has an important role in the advancement of education.

Abstract

Competition in the world of education in determining the number of students is very tight in today's era. Especially in private educational institutions. This can be seen from the marketing strategies carried out by various educational institutions to attract people to enter these educational institutions. This is very interesting to do research. This study aims to reveal the implementation of the marketing strategy carried out by the Putra Kalijaga MI Educational Institution. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through observation, in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy in an educational institution is very important to attract new students. The marketing strategy carried out by MI Putra Kalijaga is by direct marketing which includes the use of technology, banners, and social media such as Facebook and YouTube. In addition, the strategy used is to hold outreach to kindergartens and to the community through recitations.

Abstract

Model pengembangan kurikulum melalui beberapa tahap diantaranya, pertama, Tahap penguasaan manajemen pengembangan kurikulum; kedua, tahap pemahaman cara pandang kurikulum; ketiga, tahap yang tidak kalah penting adalah penguasaan kurikulum. Ketiga tahapan tersebut harus dimiliki setiap guru dalam rangka inisiatif mengembangkan kurikulum yang kontekstual dengan kehidupan peserta didik dan masyarakat pada umumnya. Kurikulum yang diaplikasikan berorientasi pada pengembangan sains yang bersumber pada Al Quran. Kurikulum ini dikembangkan di SMA Trensains Muhammadiyah Sragen karena pada dasarnya pendidikan menengahnya disini menonjolkan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan Alam meliputi Kimia,Fisika dan Biologi yang semua itu diaplikasikan berdasarkan Al Quran. Kurikulum pembelajaran di SMA Muhhamdiyah Trensains yang seperti ini maka mampu mengembangkan siswa untuk melakukan beberapa penelitian dan banyak siswa yang mengikuti beberapa kompetisi antar Sekolah Menengah Atas didalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Pengembangan kurikulum yang dikembangkan sangat bermanfaat dalam mengembangkan potensi siswa untuk mengembangkan sains. Siswa menjadi memiliki kreatifitas dan selalu mampu menciptakan ide yang inovatif dalam mengembangkan sains yang ditunjukkan dengan kemampuan siswa mendapat beberapa kejuaraan kompetisi nasional dan internasional. Kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan sebagai alternatif kurikulum bererientasi masa depan masih harus dikembangkan oleh pihak sekolah (guru, kepala sekolah, dan komite sekolah) sehingga ilmu pengetahuan yang bersumber pada Alquran lebih berkembang dan bisa diaplikasikan untuk mengembangkan ilmu dimasyarakat maupun secara nasional

Abstract

At the beginning of his creation, humans are just creatures who do not know anything and therefore humans need a guide for their way of life. Humans need guidelines so that their lives are safe in this world and in the hereafter. The guideline for humans is religion. Religion is a guide to life that covers all aspects of human beings, including science. Science and religion are two things that occupy an important position in this world. Both are interesting objects to discuss. The position of the two disciplines gives each other positive values ​​in answering the problems of life and humanity. . Humans also experience and witness problems related to the dimensions of the mysteries in life that cannot be solved except by referring to religion, so that the existence of religion, apart from being a belief system that requires truth, is also a practical action against the application of belief (faith). whose truth has been recognized through a methodology that has been agreed upon. This research method is to use review articles from several sources, and aims to find out how the relationship between science and religion.

Abstract

Teaching and learning is an activity that has educational value. The educational value colors the interactions that occur between teachers and students. Interaction that has value is directed at achieving certain goals that have been formulated before teaching is carried out. Teachers consciously plan their teaching activities systematically by utilizing everything, one of which is using technology media for creative, innovative and efficient teaching purposes, so it is hoped that students will not get bored and can get to know technology media that is developing rapidly in the current era. This research method uses library research that uses analysis from several sources, namely books, journals and other references to be drawn into conclusions as a result of the discussion. The results of this study indicate that the role of education in using learning media is very important and has an effect on students' capture of the lessons taught by the teacher, being able to understand what learning media are, criteria and stages of learning.

Abstract

The digital era and the evolving world of work demand that students not only rely on theoretical knowledge but also develop an entrepreneurial spirit. The Islamic Education Management Study Program at STIT Muhammadiyah Tempurrejo Ngawi responds to this need through the Edupreneurship course, designed to foster students' entrepreneurial character and skills. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of the Edupreneurship course in building the mindset and developing entrepreneurial competencies in MPI students. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through observations of the learning process and interviews with lecturers and students. The results showed that the Edupreneurship course successfully developed students' entrepreneurial spirit through theory and practice, such as creative product development, business simulations, and business plan development. Students experienced improvements in creativity, independence, and risk-taking. Factors driving success included applicable teaching methods, internal student motivation, and supportive campus facilities. Challenges faced included students' limited business experience and limited access to capital. These findings indicate the importance of strengthening entrepreneurship within the curriculum and optimizing hands-on practice to better prepare students to become entrepreneurs in the educational field.
