This study aims to determine the effect of the kultum (short religious speech) practice learning method on students’ public speaking skills and spiritual intelligence at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Manshur Mojosari, Mojokerto. This research employs an associative quantitative research design, while data collection techniques include questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of the effect of the kultum practice learning method on students’ public speaking skills, it was found that the calculated t-value (tcount) was 1.090, while the t-table value was 2.048. Thus, tcount < ttable (1.090 < 2.048), with a significance value of 0.285 > 0.05. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was rejected and the null hypothesis (Ho) was accepted. The coefficient of determination (R Square) was 0.041, indicating that the kultum practice learning method contributed 4.1% to students’ public speaking skills, while the remaining 95.9% was influenced by other variables. Meanwhile, based on the analysis of the effect of the kultum practice learning method on students’ spiritual intelligence, it was found that the calculated t-value (tcount) was 2.832, while the t-table value was 2.048. Thus, tcount > ttable (2.832 > 2.048), with a significance value of 0.008 < 0.05. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. The coefficient of determination (R Square) was 0.223, indicating that the kultum practice learning method contributed 22.3% to students’ spiritual intelligence, while the remaining 77.7% was influenced by other variables. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode praktek pembelajaran kultum terhadap keterampilan public speaking dan kecerdasan spiritual siswa Madrasah Aliyah Al-Manshur Mojosari Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif Asosiatif, sedangkan pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regrensi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil Analisa pengaruh praktek pembelajaran kultum terhadap keterampilan public speaking siswa diketahui bahwa t hitung sebesar 1.090 sedangkan t tabel adalah 2.048, dengan demikian dapat dijelaskan bahwa t hitung>t tabel (1.090 < 2.048), dengan Sig sebesar 0,285 > 0,05 oleh karena itu Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima. Adapun besarnya koefisien determinasi (R Square) adalah 0,041. Ini artinya variabel pengaruh metode praktek pembelajaran kultum memberikan kontribusi terhadap keterampilan public speaking siswa 4,1% dan selebihnya 95,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil Analisa pengaruh metode praktek pembelajaran kultum terhadap kecerdasan spiritual siswa diketahui bahwa t hitung sebesar 2.832 sedangkan t tabel adalah 2.048, dengan demikian t hitung>t tabel (2.832 > 2.048) dengan Sig sebesar 0,08 < 0,05 oleh karena itu Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Adapun besarnya koefisien determinasi (R Square) adalah 0,223. Ini artinya variabel metode praktek pembelajaran kultum memberikan kontribusi terhadap kecerdasan spiritual siswa 22,3% dan selebihnya 77,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya
