Abstract

Abstrak Bahan utama yang digunakan dalam pembuatan crochet adalah benang. Penulis ingin menambahkan rug canvas sebagai media untuk merajut. Rug canvas memberikan kesan kaku dan datar pada dompet HP. Benang yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah benang wool dengan diameter yang berbeda-beda yaitu diameter benang wool 1,12 mm, 2,04 mm dan 3,08 mm. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diameter benang wool 1,12 mm, 2,04 mm dan 3,08 mm terhadap hasil crochet pada dompet HP yang meliputi aspek kerapatan, kerapian dan hasil jadi crochet. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan variabel bebas: diameter benang wool 1,12 mm, 2,04 mm dan 3,08 mm. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu metode observasi yang dilakukan oleh 30 observer dengan lembar instrumen skala chek list. Analisis data menggunakan anava tunggal dengan program SPSS 18. Berdasarkan hasil anava, diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara diemeter benang wool 1,12 mm, 2,04 mm dan 3,08 mm terhadap hasil kerapatan pada diameter benang wool 3,08 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan diameter benang wool 2,04 mm dan 1,12 mm. Hasil kerapian diperoleh diameter benang wool 2,04 mm dan 3,08 mm lebih baik dibandingkan dengan diameter benang wool 1,12 mm. Sedangkan hasil jadi crochet pada diameter benang wool 2,04 mm lebih baik dibandingkan dengan diameter benang wool 3,08 mm dan 1,12 mm. Kesimpulannya bahwa diameter benang wool 2,04 mm menghasilkan kerapatan, kerapian dan hasil jadi crochet yang lebih baik, dibanding diemeter benang wool 1,12 mm dan 3,08 mm. Author want to adding rug canvas as media to knit, because rug canvas giving stiff and flat impression on mobile wallet. Yarn used in this research was wool yarn with different diameters, those were 1.12 mm, 2.04 mm, and 3.08 mm. this research aimed to know the influence of wool yarn diameter 1.12 mm, 2.04 mm, and 3.08 mm toward the outcome of crochet on mobile wallet involved aspects of flatness, neatness, and crochet product. This research was experimental research with dependent variables: wool yarn diameter 1.12 mm, 2.04 mm, and 3.08 mm. Data collecting method was observation conducted by 30 observers with instrument sheet of checklist scale. Data analyzed using one way anava with SPSS 18 program. Based on anava result, known that there was significant influence among wool yarn diameter 1.12 mm, 2.04 mm, and 3.08 toward the density, wool yarn diameter 3.08 mm was better than wool yarn diameter 2.04 mm and 1.12 mm. Neatness result obtained by wool yarn diameter 2.04 mm and 3.08 mm were better than 1.12 mm. while on crochet product, wool yarn diameter 2.04 mm was better than wool yarn diameter 3.08 mm and 1.12 mm. The conclusion is wool yarn diameter 2.04 mm resulted density, neatness, and crochet product better than wool yarn diameter 1.12 mm and 3.08 mm. Abstract

With the rapid development of the market, the beauty industry in Indonesia is experiencing intense competition, requiring companies to devise effective strategies to build and maintain customer satisfaction. These efforts are carried out by improving the quality and benefits of the products offered, with the aim of creating long-term relationships between companies and customers. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand experience, brand authenticity, and brand equity in shaping brand loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction toward the Somethinc beauty product brand in Bekasi. The study employs a quantitative approach using purposive sampling techniques on 120 respondents who have used Somethinc products for 6 months. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study indicate that customer satisfaction positively contributes to brand loyalty and mediates the influence of brand experience provided by the Somethinc beauty product brand. However, this study did not find an influence of brand equity in increasing customer satisfaction.
