Abstract

This research explores the impact of using the My SAPK BKN application on the administrative filing process in the West Lombok Regency Government. Creswell's (2013) theoretical approach and four dimensions of effectiveness measurement are used to understand its influence. The findings from this study show the importance of State Civil Servants having expertise in using applications, checking data carefully, managing data codes efficiently, and understanding data organization and presentation. In addition, factors that support and hinder application implementation are also identified. Evaluation of this application shows that MySAPK BKN has a very vital role for all ASN in West Lombok Regency. Efforts to manage this application aim to improve the skills of every civil servant in using information and communication systems, which is an essential requirement for a civil servant. A qualitative descriptive method was used to evaluate the superiority of the MySAPK BKN application in managing ASN administrative documents in the West Lombok Regency Government.Keywords: Evaluation of the implementation of the MY SPAK BKN application, supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the My SPAK BKN application
