Abstract

This research is motivated by the many cases of violence in Indonesia against women. Women are weak people who are victims of violence, especially in domestic life. Households that have problems and conflicts that cannot be resolved properly and completely result in verbal and physical violence. This research aims to determine the Communication Privacy Management of Women Victims of Domestic Violence (KDRT). The theory used in this research is the Communication Privacy Management theory proposed by Sandra Petronio. This theory is a map of how someone can maintain their privacy. This theory also states that each individual has the right to choose how they want to disclose personal information about themselves to others. To obtain answers from this research, researchers used qualitative research methods with 3 (three) informants using purposive sampling techniques. The data collection techniques used were observation, in- depth direct interviews with informants and making documentation in the form of notes on the results of interviews with informants. The research results show that Communication Privacy Management for Women Victims of Domestic Violence is carried out consciously and with full selective and strict consideration in choosing trusted friends to share their private information with. However, information that is felt to be very personal is often consciously and carefully kept to oneself and kept secret or not disclosed to anyone.

Abstract

This study examines the communication dynamics of parents with gadget-addicted children. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with purposive sampling, namely by taking a sample with a purpose, namely parents and their children who are addicted to gadgets. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews. Check the validity of the data by triangulation of sources and techniques. The theory used is the Relational Dialectical theory. The results of the study state that the dynamics of communication between parents and children are related to totality, parents and children or vice versa are very dependent on each other, and they cannot be alone, because they are an inseparable unit. Contradiction, that communication that occurs between parents and children is often colored by contradictions, contradictions or conflicts, because each individual has their own interests. In communication, there needs to be a decision to be made, in this case, parents have a big role or share in making decisions.

Abstract

Ethics is a guide, reference or guide of man in attitude and behavior. Ethics are made not only known and understood, but also more importantly can be implemented in daily life in the community, both in the family and when carrying out duties and responsibilities and work in accordance with the profession that they do. Knowing and understanding professional ethics is not too difficult, but implementing it is not easy. It takes a strong moral awareness of the practitioners or the people who run the profession. This also applies to the profession of journalists in Indonesia who have a Journalistic Code of Ethics that has been mutually agreed among journalists.

Abstract

In the current state of Indonesia's unstable economy, influenced by various factors such as high inflation, declining investor confidence, and increasing production costs, many companies have been forced to lay off employees. The impact of these layoffs is significant, particularly on the welfare of workers and their families. To meet their daily needs, some individuals have turned to entrepreneurship, one of which is in the laundry service sector. This type of business is considered promising due to the high mobility of society, which limits the time people have for household chores such as washing and ironing clothes. The proliferation of laundry businesses has led to intense competition, making it essential to implement effective marketing communication strategies to attract consumers and maintain customer loyalty. This study aims to explore the marketing communication strategies employed by Berkah Laundry in facing such competition. The researcher utilizes the marketing mix theory as the theoretical foundation and adopts a qualitative approach with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation, with triangulation of sources, techniques, and time used for data validation. The findings indicate that Berkah Laundry applies marketing communication strategies through promotional pricing, discounts, special packages, and timely service. Additionally, the clean, neat, and fragrant laundry results add further value. In terms of the promotion mix, the strategies used include advertising, personal selling, and sales promotions.

Various attempts were made by the Public Relations of an organization / company to convey information to the public, both internally and externally. Messages delivered Public Relations can be made directly or indirectly. Organization/ company can interact with the public through the activities carried out through the via medium of communication. One of Public Relations medium to deliver a message is the internet.Through the Internet, as one alternative medium used Public Relations organization/ company communication messages are expected to suit its purpose well.The purpose of the organization / company that is maintaining and the creation of a harmonious relationship between the organization / company with both internal and external publics can be realized, so that the public can support any activity undertaken the organization / company.

Abstract

Goals to be achieved organization/ company is built, maintained and the creation of a good or harmonious relationship between the organization with the public. Public in public relations has two parts, namely the internal public and the external public. Either the internal public or the external public should receive the same concern and care from the organization/ company.Internal public and external public are often called stakeholders. Stakeholders are the parties that have a big share in the growth and development of the organization/ company. Without stakeholder relations, organizations will not exist and will never exist. Therefore, the organization/ company assesses the importance and need to care about the existence of its stakeholders.

Abstract

The existence of Public Relations in Indonesia in running its role is very diverse. The various roles of Public Relations in Indonesia are decided by several factors, such as factor of lack of understanding of the management of the task, function and role of Public Relations itself, the factor of position of Public Relations which is far from the top management so that in the decision of PR is not involved, and also because the position of existence of Public Relations is potluck so that it is not empowered optimally. To be able to perform its role optimally, it requires a correct understanding of the task, function and recognition of the existence of PR itself from the management or the party who has authority in an organization or company.

Abstract

Marketing Public Relations (MPR) is a new marketing concept or discipline which emerged in the 1990s. The concept of MPR appears to complement and fill the roles of both marketing and public relations that are expected to be more successful marketing purposes.Integration efforts between marketing and public relations can improve credibility (trust) of the messages conveyed through the public relations so that it can penetrate the situation relatively difficult to reach by advertising.Integration of ,marketing and public relations will also improve the efficiency and effectiveness so that the MPR is able to compete and win the competition.

Abstract

Companies that do not do corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, in addition to sanctions, can also be considered selfish and do not want to know the interests of others, the environment and communities. Conversely, companies that implement their CSR programs have a notice, caring and responsible, in particular social responsibility for other people, the environment and communities.Through CSR activities, the company will be better known, appreciated, and supported by the public so that CSR activities are activities that are beneficial to the company and the parties concerned. CSR activities are also a concrete manifestation of corporate concern.
