Abstract

Abstract Sexual harassment is an act of degrading, harassing, insulting or attacking the body of a person's reproductive function due to inequality in power relations or gender that can result in suffering health or psychological disorders. Sexual harassment has many types of behavior, not just intercourse, but can be in the form of speech, gestures, symbols, writing, and various behaviors that make the victim feel humiliated. Keywords: criminology, abuse, sexual, prisoner Abstrak Pelecehan seksual ialah perbuatan merendah, melecehkan, menghina atau menyerang tubuh fungsi reproduksi seseorang karena ketimpangan relasi kuasa atau gender yang dapat berakibat penderitaan gangguan kesehatan atau psikis. Pelecehan seksual memilik banyak jenis perilakunya bukan berhubungan badan saja, melainkan dapat dalam jenis perilaku berupa ucapan, isyarat, symbol, tulisan, dan berbagai perilaku yangmembuat korban merasa di rendahkan. Abstract

As time progresses, the flow of globalization becomes more massive as a result of developments in science and technology. With this development, information technology is increasingly being used in the world, especially in Indonesia, where people can easily obtain information and share information via social media (social media). Indonesia, which is a legal state, has regulated human rights in the nation's constitution to guarantee the human rights of every citizen so that citizens have freedom of expression, but in recent years there have been several cases that seem to limit people's aspirations in criticizing public official. In this case, it often happens and is felt by civilians who hold discussions or write down the results of their thoughts in searching for and looking at a situation.
