Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial determinant of a company's competitiveness, especially in industries where efficiency and reliability are essential. Declining performance indicators, such as delays in task completion, inconsistent attendance, and low discipline, can significantly hinder productivity and company growth. This quantitative study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, job stress, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Aziz Jaya Abadi. The research background is based on issues faced by the company, including delays in task completion, fluctuating attendance rates, and lack of work discipline. The data were collected from 92 employees of PT Aziz Jaya Abadi and analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results indicate that work motivation, job stress, and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Therefore, the company needs to improve work motivation, job stress, and work discipline to enhance productivity and work efficiency.
