Abstract

This study seeks to analyze the influence of digital learning facilities and teachers’ digital competence on the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 5 Medan. As the education sector undergoes rapid digital transformation, the ability of schools to provide sufficient digital facilities and the capacity of teachers to master digital skills have become critical factors in determining overall performance. The research applied a quantitative approach with a survey technique, involving 40 respondents drawn from the total population of 60 teachers through saturated sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 22. The results of the analysis reveal that both digital learning facilities and teachers’ digital competence significantly and positively affect teacher performance, both individually and collectively. Furthermore, the Adjusted R Square value of 0.981 indicates that 98.1% of the variation in teacher performance can be explained by these two independent variables, while only 1.9% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings underscore the importance of ensuring the availability and accessibility of adequate digital learning facilities as well as strengthening teachers’ digital competence through continuous training and professional development. By prioritizing these aspects, schools can optimize teacher performance and effectively respond to the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the digital era requires organizations, including school cooperatives, to adapt through the utilization of integrated information systems. The Cooperative of SD Negeri 064983 still relies on manual recording and non- integrated simple applications, resulting in data management inefficiencies and reporting difficulties. This study aims to analyze the needs of an integrated business information system in the cooperative. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate the need for an integrated system covering membership, inventory, sales transactions, financial management, and automated reporting modules. The implementation of an integrated business information system is expected to improve work efficiency, data accuracy, financial transparency, and service quality. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan memberikan pembekalan digital skill,etika digital, dan manajemen kerja bagi siswa LPK Sakura agar memiliki kesiapan menghadapi dunia kerja yang semakin terdigitalisasi. Perkembangan teknologi menuntut tenaga kerja yang tidak hanya memiliki keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga kemampuan literasi digital, sikap profesional, serta etika dalam penggunaan teknologi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, dan praktik sederhana yang berfokus pada penggunaan teknologi secara efektif dan bertanggung jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai keterampilan digital, kesadaran etika digital, serta kemampuan dasar manajemen kerja. Program ini diharapkan mendukung peningkatan kualitas lulusan LPK Sakura agar lebih siap bersaing di dunia kerja. Kata kunci: digital skill, etika digital, manajemen kerja, kesiapan kerja
