<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang strategi komunikasi dakwah KH. Khoiron Syu’aib dalam meningkatkan motivasi beragama eks PSK pasca penutupan lokalisasi Bangunsari Surabaya. Jenis Penelitian ini kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori persuasif, teori komunikasi interpersonal, teori komunikasi simbolik. Adapun fokus penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Strategi komunikasi dakwah KH. Khoiron Syu’aib dalam meningkatkan motivasi beragama eks PSK, 2) Peningkatan motivasi beragama eks PSK, 3) Respon eks PSK terhadap dakwah KH. Khoiron Syu’aib Peneliti mendapat kesimpulan dari fokus penelitian yaitu: 1) Strategi komunikasi dakwah KH. Khoiron Syu’aib dengan berbasis empati, dialog, dan pemberdayaan terbukti efektif dalam mendukung transformasi spiritual dan sosial eks PSK, 2) Motivasi beragama yang diberikan KH. Khoiron Syu’aib sangat merubah pola pikir eks PSK bahwa mereka sangat peduli dengan harga diri dan martabat mereka sebagai wanita sehingga kesadaran dalam beragama perlahan muncul dalam diri eks PSK,; 3) Respon eks PSK terhadap dakwah KH. Khoiron Syu’aib sangat positif, hal ini ditandai dengan antusias eks PSK menghadiri pengajian yang dilakukan KH. Khoiron Syu’aib dan perubahan pola pikir yang lebih baik. Abstract: This study analyzes the da'wah communication strategies of KH. Khoiron Syu’aib in enhancing the religious motivation of former sex workers (ex-PSK) following the closure of the Bangunsari red-light district in Surabaya. This is a qualitative study using persuasive theory, interpersonal communication theory, and symbolic communication theory. The focus of this research is; 1) The da'wah communication strategies of KH. Khoiron Syu’aib in enhancing the religious motivation of former sex workers, 2) The improvement in religious motivation among former sex workers, 3) The response of former sex workers to KH. Khoiron Syu’aib's da'wah. The researcher draws the following conclusions based on the research focus: 1) KH. Khoiron Syu’aib’s da'wah communication strategies—based on empathy, dialogue, and empowerment—have proven effective in supporting the spiritual and social transformation of former sex workers, 2) The religious motivation instilled by KH. Khoiron Syu’aib significantly changed the mindset of former sex workers, making them more aware of their self- worth and dignity as women, thereby gradually fostering religious consciousness within them, 3) The response of former sex workers to KH. Khoiron Syu’aib's da'wah was very positive, as evidenced by their enthusiasm in attending religious gatherings held by KH. Khoiron Syu’aib and their improved way of thinking.]]>
