Abstract

SARSCoV-2 merupakan coronavirus jenis baru dengan total kasus di Jawa Timur per Maret 2021 sebesar 394,355 kasus (Jatim Tanggap Covid, 2020). Pengobatan Covid-19 saat ini belum ditemukan dan masih dalam tahap pengembangan maka diperlukan upaya lain untuk menurunkan angka Covid-19 melalui vaksinasi pada masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi program Vaksinasi Covid-19 yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah pada salah satu tempat pelayanan kesehatan primer yaitu Puskesmas Kebonsari. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian observasional deskriptif. Bentuk penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi yang dilaksanakan dari bulan Januari-Februari di Puskesmas Kebonsari. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh petugas Puskesmas Kebonsari yang bertugas dalam pelaksanaan program Vaksinasi Covid-19 yaitu sebanyak 6 orang. Pengumpulan data digunakan dengan metode indepth interview dengan pertanyaan open-ended kepada narasumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kegiatan vaksinasi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Kebonsari yaitu distribusi vaksin, peralatan pendukung dan logistik; manajemen vaksin dan logistik; pelayanan vaksinasi covid; manajemen limbah; pencatatan dan pelaporan program vaksinasi, sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh Kementrian Kesehatan Indonesia. SARSCoV-2 is a new type of coronavirus with the total number of cases in East Java as of March 2021 is 394,355 cases. Currently no treatment for Covid-19 has been found and is still in the development stage, hence other efforts are needed to reduce the number of Covid-19 through vaccination in the community. The purpose of this study is to evaluate Government’s program of Covid-19 vaccination in one of the primary health care facility in Surabaya. The research design of this research is descriptive observational research. The form of implementation of this research is evaluation study which was carried out from January to February at the Kebonsari Health Center. The research population was all Kebonsari Health Center officers who were tasked with implementing the Covid-19 Vaccination program, namely 6 people. Data collection was used in-depth interview method with open-ended questions to informants. The results showed that the Covid-19 vaccination activities at the Kebonsari Health Center were distribution of vaccines, supporting equipment and logistics; vaccine management and logistics; covid vaccination services; waste management; recording and reporting of vaccination programs are in accordance with the provisions by the Health Ministry of Indonesia.

Abstract

Diabetes is a chronic disease characterized by chronic blood glucose levels that exceed normal threshold. High blood glucose levels occur because the pancreas does not produce enough insulin or when the body is unable to use the insulin it produces effectively. Optimal diabetes management should not be interrupted and must be carried out continuously by the patient, but with Covid-19 pandemic, patient access to treatment is limited. This study aims to describe the level of compliance of diabetic patients in carrying out their treatment at the Kedurus Health Center during the Covid-19 pandemic and to determine the relationship between patient characteristics and medication adherence with diabetes treatment. This study is an observational study with a cross sectional approach conducted at the Kedurus Health Center in July-October 2021. The sample of this study were diabetic patients at the Kedurus Health Center with inclusion criteria aged 26-75 years and lived in the working area of ​​the Kedurus Health Center. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the patient's medical records available at the Kedurus Health Center. The results of this study found that more than half of the respondents have poor medication adherence (54.3%) during Covid-19 pandemic era. There was no significant relationship between gender (p=0,370), age (p=0,562), distance from home to health facilities (p=0,683), and the type of oral antidiabetic drug consumed (p=0,072) with medication adherence of the diabetes patients at the Kedurus Health Center during the Covid-19 pandemic era.
