A B S T R A K Penelitian ini menguji efektivitas Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) dalam menurunkan kecemasan pada wanita dengan infertilitas primer di Bandung. Infertilitas sering memicu kecemasan akibat stigma sosial, ekspektasi budaya, serta perasaan bersalah dan kehilangan kontrol diri. MBCT dipilih karena memadukan pendekatan kognitif-perilaku dengan mindfulness untuk mengelola pikiran negatif, meningkatkan regulasi emosi, dan memperkuat penerimaan diri. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental dengan lima partisipan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling dan menjalani delapan sesi MBCT. Tingkat kecemasan diukur menggunakan State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). Hasil uji Paired T-Test menunjukkan penurunan signifikan pada state anxietydan trait anxiety (p < 0,05), dengan N-gain masing-masing 66% dan 51%. Temuan ini menegaskan MBCT efektif menurunkan kecemasan wanita infertilitas primer. Disarankan praktik mindfulness dilakukan berkelanjutan untuk menjaga kestabilan emosi. Kata Kunci : Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Infertilitas Primer, Kecemasan, Wanita A B S T R A C T This study examined the effectiveness of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) in reducing anxiety among women with primary infertility in Bandung. Infertility often triggers anxiety due to social stigma, cultural expectations, as well as feelings of guilt and loss of control. MBCT was chosen because it integrates cognitive-behavioral approaches with mindfulness practice to manage negative thoughts, enhance emotional regulation, and strengthen self-acceptance. The study employed a quasi-experimental design with five participants selected through purposive sampling, who underwent eight MBCT sessions. Anxiety levels were measured using the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). Results of the Paired T-Test revealed a significant reduction in both state and trait anxiety (p < 0.05), with N-gain scores of 66% and 51%, respectively. These findings confirm that MBCT is effective in reducing anxiety in women with primary infertility. Continued mindfulness practice is recommended to maintain emotional stability.
