Abstract

This qualitative study explores the roles and challenges of employees at Program Perkuliahan ASIK, a higher education consulting institution specializing in flexible learning programs for working adults. Employing purposive sampling, the study involved in-depth interviews with employees performing diverse functions including academic advising, program coordination, administrative facilitation, and stakeholder liaison. Findings reveal that these multifaceted roles significantly contribute to student retention rates exceeding 85% by providing personalized guidance and innovative program design. However, employees face substantial challenges such as high workloads, rapid policy shifts, resource constraints, and balancing diverse stakeholder expectations, which result in stress, role conflicts, and potential burnout. Coping mechanisms involve peer mentoring and informal support, though formal training is limited. The study recommends structured professional development, workload audits, enhanced technology infrastructure, clear role definitions, and supportive organizational cultures to sustain service quality and employee well-being. These insights inform institutional strategies for optimizing human resource management in higher education consulting contexts.

Abstract

This study looks at how work discipline, leadership style, and organizational culture affect both group and individual employee performance at PT. Demosta Berjaya. 35 respondents were chosen using a non-probability sampling technique called saturation sampling as part of a quantitative research strategy. Validity and reliability tests, together with traditional assumption testing, were used to assess the data. The hypotheses were evaluated using t-tests, F-tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and determination coefficient analysis. The findings demonstrate that corporate culture, leadership style, and work discipline all have a simultaneous, positive, and considerable impact on employee performance. Additionally, it was discovered that each of these factors alone had a favorable and considerable impact on PT. Demosta Berjaya employees' performance. These findings demonstrate the vital significance that sustainable and successful human resource management techniques play.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Adinda Permata Mulia. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an associative causal design. The population consists of 40 employees, and a saturated sampling technique is applied, resulting in 40 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by a t-value of 8.345 with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 9.505 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). Simultaneously, leadership style and work motivation significantly influence employee performance, as evidenced by an F-value of 61.428, which exceeds the F-table value of 3.25, with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.769 indicates that 76.9% of employee performance is explained jointly by leadership style and work motivation, while the remaining 23.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The findings conclude that both leadership style and work motivation play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to strengthen leadership practices and implement effective motivational strategies to achieve sustainable performance improvement
