Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Work Environment, Motivation, And Work Stress, On Employee Performance On Regional Development Administration Bureau and Public Welfare Bureau at Office of Regional Secretariat of Central Java Province. This study also aims to determine the influence of the three independent variables on the dependent variable and to know which variable is the most dominant influence among the three independent variables to the dependent variable, this type of research uses qualitative research, with employee population amounted to 81 employees. Data collection using questionnaires with Likert scale. Based on the calculation of SPSS 19 from t test on work environment variables obtained significance of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha = H1 accepted, motivation variables obtained significance of 0.193> 0.05, then Ho accepted and Ha = H2 rejected, work stress variable obtained significance of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha = H3 accepted. F test results show the significance of 0.000 <0.05 then in this study independent variables together affect the dependent variable. The result of coefficient of determination obtained value of 0,39 meaning work environment variable, motivation, work stress can explain employee performance variable 39% and the rest influenced other variable not found in this research.
