Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Peran Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja Pada Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bawaslu Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Bawaslu Provinsi Kalimantan Barat yaitu sejumlah 92 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan Teknik purposive sampling menggunakan rumus slovi dengan margin error sebesar 5% sebanyak 85 sampel. Kuesioner menggunakan google form dan disebarkan kepada responden melalui link whatsapp dan email. Analisis data model persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa beban kerja dan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, beban kerja dan disiplin kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai variabel mediasi antara variabel beban kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pegawai di Bawaslu Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Keterbatasan dalam penelitian penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan google form, sehingga peneliti tidak langsung bertemu dengan responden, Hal ini menyebabkan peneliti tidak terlalu memperhatikan cara pengisian kuesioner tersebut.  The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the mediating role of job satisfaction on the effects of workload and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) in the West Kalimantan Province. This research is a quantitative study conducted through a survey method using questionnaire distribution. The population in this study consists of 92 employees of the Election Supervisory Board in West Kalimantan. The purposive sampling technique was employed, and based on the Slovin formula with a margin error of 5%, a total of 85 samples were selected. The questionnaire was distributed using Google Forms and disseminated to respondents through WhatsApp and email links. The data analysis employed the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model and SmartPLS software. The research results showed that workload and work discipline partially had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload and work discipline partially had no and insignificant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction acted as a mediating variable between workload variables and work discipline on employee performance in Bawaslu, West Kalimantan Province. Limitations of this research include the use of a questionnaire through Google Forms, which means the researchers did not directly meet the respondents. This limitation may have led to less attention paid to the way respondents filled out the questionnaires.
