Abstract

Abstrak: Program UKS berperan penting dalam mendukung pendidikan melalui peningkatan kesehatan warga sekolah lewat layanan kesehatan dasar, edukasi PHBS, penerapan CTPS, menjaga kebersihan, dan pembiasaan pola makan sehat. Selain itu, UKS menjadi wadah kolaborasi antara sekolah, tenaga kesehatan, orang tua, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan sehat. Hasil kunjungan ke sekolah mitra menunjukkan masih adanya kendala seperti kurangnya pengetahuan siswa, keterbatasan fasilitas CTPS, dan rendahnya literasi keuangan. Untuk itu, dilakukan sosialisasi dan pendampingan Program UKS Terpadu guna memperbaiki fasilitas serta mengoptimalkan penerapan PHBS di sekolah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang PHBS, keterampilan CTPS, dan literasi keuangan peserta didik. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, edukasi, pelatihan literasi keuangan, penataan fasilitas UKS, serta praktik langsung CTPS. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap 40 peserta didik melalui pre-test dan post-test dengan 15 pertanyaan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan mitra secara signifikan, dari 46,25% menjadi 96,75% pada aspek UKS Terpadu, dan dari 52,25% menjadi 88,25% pada aspek literasi keuangan. Dengan capaian di atas 85%, dapat disimpulkan bahwa intervensi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan penerapan PHBS, keterampilan CTPS, dan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan sederhana. Penataan ruang UKS juga telah terlaksana meskipun belum sepenuhnya memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan.Abstract: The UKS program plays a vital role in supporting education by improving the health of school residents through basic health services, PHBS education, CTPS implementation, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting healthy eating habits. Furthermore, the UKS serves as a collaborative platform between schools, health workers, parents, and the community to create a safe and healthy learning environment. Visits to partner schools revealed persistent challenges, including a lack of student knowledge, limited CTPS facilities, and low financial literacy. Therefore, the Integrated UKS Program socialization and mentoring were conducted to improve facilities and optimize PHBS implementation in schools. This activity aimed to increase students' understanding of PHBS, CTPS skills, and financial literacy. Implementation methods included socialization, education, financial literacy training, UKS facility arrangement, and direct CTPS practice. Evaluations were conducted on 40 students through pre- and post-tests with 15 questions. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in partner knowledge, from 46.25% to 96.75% in the Integrated UKS aspect, and from 52.25% to 88.25% in the financial literacy aspect. With a performance above 85%, it can be concluded that this intervention was effective in improving the implementation of PHBS, CTPS (Handwashing Handwashing) skills, and simple financial management skills. The UKS (School Health Unit) layout has also been implemented, although it does not yet fully meet established standards.
