Abstract

Abstrak: Keamanaan pangan jajanan anak sekolah(PJAS) menjadi perhatian penting karena dikonsumsi sekitar 98,9% anak setiap harinya dan menyumbang hingga 50% kebutuhan energi serta protein tubuh. Kasus keracunan Indonesia yang paling sering dilaporkan tahun 2004-2014 adalah keracunan akibat pangan jajanan dan pangan olahan. Data BPOM 2023, dari 9.262 sampel uji terdapat 102 sampel mengandung 0,53% formalin, 0,39% Rhodamin B dan 0,28% boraks. Konsumsi PJAS yang tidak aman secara terus-menerus memberikan dampak negatif bagi kesehatan. Tujuan untuk mengedukasi siswa dan guru SD Plus Al-Ashri tentang pentingnya jajanan sehat dan bergizi serta bahaya zat adiktif yang terkandung dalam jajanan. Metode yaitu penyuluhan dan permainan edukasi menggunakan kuartet PJAS. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 25 orang, terdiri dari 23 siswa kelas VI dan 2 orang guru. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pretest dan posttest, indikator keberhasilan yaitu peserta memperoleh posttest nilai diatas 70 sebanyak 70% dengan rata-rata peningkatan 25%. Hasil yaitu peningkatan persentase jumlah nilai diatas 70 dari 44 % menjadi 100% saat post test dengan rata-rata peningkatan 40,08%.Abstract: The safety of school snacks is a crucial concern because they are consumed by approximately 98.9% of children daily and contribute up to 50% of the body's energy and protein needs. The most frequently reported cases of poisoning in Indonesia from 2004 to 2014 were those caused by snacks and processed foods. According to BPOM data from 2023, of 9,262 test samples, 102 contained 0.53% formalin, 0.39% Rhodamine B, and 0.28% borax. Continuous consumption of unsafe snacks has negative health impacts. The aim was to educate students and teachers at Al-Ashri Plus Elementary School about the importance of healthy and nutritious snacks and the dangers of addictive substances contained in them. The method used was counseling and educational games with the PJAS Quartet. The number of participants was 25; it consisted of 23 sixth-grade students and 2 teachers. The evaluation was conducted using a pretest and posttest. The success indicator was that 70% of participants obtained a posttest score above 70, with an average increase of 25%. The results showed an increase in the percentage of scores above 70 from 44% to 100% during the posttest, with an average increase of 40.08%.
