Abstract

In this case, the law fully plays a role in enforcing proper matters, and the concept of legal marriage is an absolute necessity within the concept of marriage. While the status of a child can be considered capable and present as a balancing force, in terms of legal considerations, the existence of an illegitimate child is completely incapable of being recognized. The type of research taken is based on the focus of all results from newspapers, magazines, and articles, not only in writing, analyzing, and processing data from several data sources. This type of qualitative research has an understanding of the meaning and concept of the atmosphere of the research phenomenon developing in society. Qualitative research aims to pay attention to the meaning and concept of a phenomenon. In general, if the status of an illegitimate child is legally recognized, it is if the orphanage or social services as one of the institutions that really protects abandoned children. Because the purpose of applying the actual legal function and in the concept of legitimate and illegitimate children must be distinguished from inheritance, criminal rights, and civil rights.

Abstract

Rendahnya literasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah pada masyarakat pedesaan menjadi salah satu alasan penting dilaksanakannya Program Kerja PEMA sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan tatap muka, program ini diharapkan mampu memperkuat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap prinsip-prinsip Hukum Ekonomi Syariah yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas Program Kerja PEMA sebagai sarana penguatan literasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah di Desa Bangun, Kecamatan Gunung Malela, Kabupaten Simalungun. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data berupa laporan pelaksanaan kegiatan, dokumentasi, dan pengalaman langsung tim pelaksana selama kegiatan berlangsung. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif-interpretatif dengan mengacu pada level reaction dalam model evaluasi Kirkpatrick. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Kerja PEMA berjalan efektif dalam membangun partisipasi dan penerimaan masyarakat, yang ditandai dengan tingginya antusiasme warga, dukungan pemerintah desa, serta keterlibatan masyarakat dalam berbagai kegiatan edukasi, keagamaan, dan sosial. Namun, peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap Hukum Ekonomi Syariah belum dapat diukur secara menyeluruh karena keterbatasan instrumen evaluasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pengabdian berbasis partisipatif memiliki peran penting dalam memperkuat literasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah di masyarakat pedesaan, sekaligus menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya dengan instrumen evaluasi yang lebih komprehensif.
