Abstract

PT. Cahaya Sakti Multi Intraco is a trading company engaged in the procurement of furniture has a variety of types and a variety of brands. In the course of his business face several obstacles in planning the allocation handling products. From one brand alone was encountered problems in the combination of the products offered. Olympic brand is the core product to penetrate the domestic furniture market. Fluctuations in demand for goods erratic from one period to another period resulted in a shortage or oversupplyProducts PT Cahaya Sakti Multi Intraco ie Kitchen Set ( KS ), Cabinet Decorative ( LH ), Wardrobe ( LP ), Desk Study ( MB ) and other furniture products ( OT ). There are several obstacles in the selling of each of these products are: 1 ). The type of vehicle ( truck ) is used to fit furniture consisting of a capacity of 5,500 kgs ( Ants ) , 10,500 kgs ( Elephant ) , 13,500 kgs ( Container 20 ' feet ) , 15,000 kgs ( Double ankle ) , and 27,000 kgs ( Container 40 " feet / Tronton ) . 2 ) Maximum capacity warehouse Branch consisting of : A maximum value of 700 million ( Small Branch ) . 1,000 million ( Branch Intermediate ) , 1.600 million ( Big Branch ) . 3 ). Request for furniture products : KS as much as 4,200 units , as many as 2,600 units LH , LP as many as 11,500 units , as many as 5,200 units of MB and OT . as many as 7,000 units . Abstract

Quality of care is the central point for service companies because it will mempengruhi customer satisfaction. It is intended that all the goods or services being offered will have a good place in the eyes of society. Customer satisfaction will occur if service quality is good, where good service quality includes five dimensions of service quality, namely: physical evidence (tangible), reliability (realibility), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), several benefits, including relationships between the company and its customers to be harmonious, allowing repurchase and creation of customer loyalty and member recommendation by word of mouth (word of mouth) that benefit the company. Provide the best services, responsiveness dimension includes the willingness of employees to help customers and provide prompt delivery, assurance dimension includes courtesy of employees and their ability to evoke a sense of trust and confidence of consumers, as well as the dimensions of empathy that includes a sense of caring and concern given to the customer. The fifth dimension beyond so-called SERVQUAL (service quality), which is an instrument measuring the quality of service.Keyword:Service quality

Abstract

 Company's goal is to maximize the value of the company. Value of the company is very important for the company because the company maximize the value it will maximize the welfare of shareholders. Efforts that can be done to maximize the value of the company in one of the company through asset management. Asset management companies is an activity which is very important because the management is based on the size of the success of the company during a certain period can be known. Asset management is a potential that is owned by organizations or individuals to achieve the vision, mission and goals, or particular. However, in maximizing the value of a company diisyaratkan a growth company that is a positive development of the company that occurred in a period of timeThe aim of this research is to analyse relevantly of assets management and growth of company, is have influence and relation, or not with value of company. If in research process found by inexistence of relation and influence from assets management and growth of company, so will searching that problem and searching the othe factors perhaps existence relation and influence to value of companiesThe research shows that in PT. Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam Tbk, influential assets management according to significant towards value of companies, that is with level significant as big as 0,012. While in PT. United Tractors Tbk, assets management not influential according to significant towards value of companies, that is with level significant as big as 0,576. In PT. Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam Tbk, influential growth of company according to significant towards value of companies, that is with level significant as big as 0,015. While in PT. Abstract

Perkembangan Return On Equity (ROE) pada perusahaan Telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2006-2011 cenderung mengalami fluktuasi. Fluktuasi yang terjadi pada Return On Equity (ROE) setiap perusahaan Telekomunikasi ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti keadaan politik, ekonomi, kebijakan pemerintah maupun keadaan internal perusahaan sendiri. Perkembangan Current Ratio (CR) pada perusahaan Telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2006-2011 mengalami fluktuasi. Apabila dilihat, pada tahun 2007 Current Ratio setiap perusahaan cenderung mengalami fluktuasi. Walaupun beberapa periode mengalami penurunan yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti keadaan politik, rasio keuangan, kebijakan pemerintah maupun keadaan internal perusahaan sendiri. Perkembangan Harga Saham pada perusahaan Telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2006-2011 cenderung mengalami fluktuasi. Naik turunnya pengembalian modal maupun kemampuan dari masing-masing perusahaan Telekomunikasi dalam memenuhi kewajiban hutang jangka pendeknya mempengaruhi harga saham. Sedangkan kondisi luar perusahaan bisa disebabkan oleh beberapa hal, seperti kondisi ekonomi Negara secara umum, kebijaka-kebijakan pemerintah maupun situasi dan kondisi pasar saham dalam skala global.Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE) dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap Harga Saham. Analisis pengaruh Return On Equity terhadap harga saham secara parsial menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat rendah dan tidak searah (negative) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,124. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis, Return On Equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Artinya bahwa berapapun nilai dari Return On Equity pengaruhnya tidak berarti pada kenaikkan dan penurunan harga saham pada perusahaan Telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2006-2011. Analisis pengaruh Current Ratio terhadap harga saham secara parsial menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat rendah dan terbalik (negative) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,256. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis, Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Artinya bahwa berapapun nilai dari Current Ratio pengaruhnya tidak berarti pada kenaikan dan penurunan harga saham pada perusahaan Telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2006-2011.Analisis pengaruh Return On Equity dan Current Ratio secara simultan atau bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Kata Kunci : Return On Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR).
