Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kepuasan kreditur pada PT Mega Central Finance untuk menerima masukan kritik dan saran dari para kreditur agar perusahaan dapat berbenah lebih baik lagi dari segi pelayanan dan fasilitas. Dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka diperlukan metode Importance Performance Analysis yang dapat membantu untuk mengukur kepuasan kreditur pada pelayanan dan fasilitas pada PT Mega Central Finance berdasarkan variabel-variabel kuesioner. Data yang digunakan yaitu hasil kuesioner yang sudah dibagikan pada kreditur PT Mega Central Finance. Hasil penelitian berupa perancangan kuesioner data kepuasan kreditur yang sudah dihitung menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis, dengan perancangan diagram Cartesian.Kata kunci: Kepuasan kreditur; Importance Performance Analysis; Kualitas pelayanan; Sampel; Kuesioner.Abstract - This study aims to measure creditor satisfaction of PT Mega Central Finance to recieve critism and suggestion from crediture so company can improve better in terms of service and facilities. In overcoming this problem, the Importance Performance Analysis method is needed which can help to measure creditor satisfaction with the service and facilities at PT Mega Central Finance based on questionnaire variables. The data used are the results of the questionnaire that has been distributed to creditors of PT Mega Central Finance. The results of the study are in the form of a creditor satisfaction data questionnaire design that has been calculated using the Importance Performance Analysis method, with a Cartesian diagram design.Keywords: Creditor satisfaction; Importance Performance Analysis; Service Quality; Questionnaire.
