Abstrak - Penentuan siswa berprestasi di SMA Negeri 1 Kembang Jepara masih dilakukan secara manual dan hanya mempertimbangkan nilai akademik, sehingga belum mencerminkan penilaian yang menyeluruh dan objektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berbasis web menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) guna membantu proses seleksi siswa berprestasi secara lebih efisien dan adil. Sistem ini mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria, seperti nilai akademik, karya siswa, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, kemampuan berbahasa Inggris, dan sertifikasi yang dimiliki. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menghasilkan peringkat siswa secara akurat berdasarkan kedekatan dengan solusi ideal, menyajikan laporan secara real-time, dan mempermudah pihak sekolah dalam pengambilan keputusan. Sistem yang dibangun juga meningkatkan transparansi dan efektivitas proses seleksi siswa berprestasi.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; TOPSIS; siswa berprestasi; evaluasi multi-kriteria; aplikasi berbasis web. Abstract - Determination of outstanding students at SMA Negeri 1 Kembang Jepara is still done manually and only considers academic grades, so it does not reflect a comprehensive and objective assessment. This study aims to design a web-based Decision Support System using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to help the selection process of outstanding students more efficiently and fairly. This system considers several criteria, such as academic grades, student work, extracurricular activities, English language skills, and certifications held. The implementation results show that the system is able to produce accurate student rankings based on proximity to the ideal solution, present reports in real-time, and make it easier for schools to make decisions.
