Abstract

Abstrak − Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Catatan Evaluasi dan Rapor Manajemen Asesmen Terpadu (CERMAT) sebagai platform terintegrasi untuk mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam Terpadu (TKIT) Umar bin Khattab Kudus. Meskipun teknologi pendidikan semakin berkembang, banyak lembaga PAUD masih menggunakan sistem komunikasi konvensional seperti buku rapor fisik dan WhatsApp untuk melaporkan perkembangan siswa. Sistem CERMAT yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan fitur pencatatan perkembangan anak, pembuatan rapor digital, komunikasi dua arah antara guru dan orang tua, serta dashboard monitoring berbasis web. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan waterfall dengan pengujian Triple Testing Approach yang meliputi Blackbox Testing untuk fungsionalitas sistem, System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk evaluasi kegunaan, dan Single Ease Question (SEQ) untuk mengukur kemudahan penggunaan. Tujuan pengembangan ini adalah memberikan alternatif yang lebih efisien dalam pelaporan perkembangan anak secara real-time, meningkatkan komunikasi guru-orang tua, dan mendukung transparansi dalam proses asesmen PAUD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem CERMAT berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi komunikasi dan monitoring perkembangan anak yang lebih terstruktur sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka.Kata Kunci: Sistem e-raport; PAUD; Kurikulum Merdeka; Triple Testing Approach; Komunikasi guru-orang tua; Abstract − This study aims to develop the Integrated Assessment Management Report and Evaluation Record System (CERMAT) as an integrated platform to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten (TKIT) Umar bin Khattab Kudus. Although educational technology continues to evolve, many early childhood education institutions still use conventional communication systems such as physical report books and WhatsApp to report student development. The developed CERMAT system integrates features for recording child development, creating digital reports, two-way communication between teachers and parents, and web-based monitoring dashboards. The research methodology uses a waterfall approach with Triple Testing Approach testing which includes Blackbox Testing for system functionality, System Usability Scale (SUS) for usability evaluation, and Single Ease Question (SEQ) to measure ease of use. The purpose of this development is to provide a more efficient alternative in reporting child development in real-time, improve teacher-parent communication, and support transparency in the early childhood assessment process. The research results show that the CERMAT system successfully improves communication efficiency and enables more structured monitoring of child development in accordance with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum.Keywords: E-report system; Early childhood education; Merdeka Curriculum; Triple Testing Approach; Teacher-parent communication;
