<![CDATA[Abstrak – Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong berbagai lembaga, termasuk kepolisian, untuk menciptakan layanan berbasis aplikasi demi meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi layanan publik. Aplikasi Presisi adalah sebuah inovasi untuk meningkatkan interaksi dengan cepat dan responsif antara masyarakat dan kepolisian. Namun, kesuksesan aplikasi ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh aspek kegunaan, terutama dari perspektif pengguna akhir. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat usability dengan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS), yang melibatkan responden dari golongan remaja sebagai kelompok pengguna Aplikasi Presisi. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner SUS yang terdiri dari 10 pertanyaan. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan skor rata-rata yaitu 59,5, yang menurut standar interpretasi SUS tergolong dalam kategori marginal atau cukup. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun aplikasi Presisi memiliki sejumlah fitur yang berguna, masih ada beberapa tantangan dalam hal navigasi, efisiensi pemakaian dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap antarmuka aplikasi Presisi. Dengan demikian, diperlukan peningkatan lebih lanjut pada desain antarmuka dna pengalaman pengguna agar aplikasi ini dapat beroperasi secara maksimal serta memperbaiki keterlibatan masyarakat dalam layanan kepolisian digital.Kata kunci: System Usability Scale (SUS), Aplikasi Presisi, Pengalaman Pengguna, Remaja Abstract – The development of digital technology has encouraged various institutions, including the police, to create application-based services to improve the efficiency and transparency of public services. The Precision Application is an innovation to improve fast and responsive interaction between the community and the police. However, the success of this application is greatly influenced by the usability aspect, especially from the perspective of the end user. This study aims to assess the level of usability using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, which involves respondents from the youth group as the Presisi Application user group. The method applied is a quantitative approach by distributing the SUS questionnaire consisting of 10 questions. The test results show an average score of 59.5, which according to the SUS interpretation standard is included in the marginal or sufficient category. These results indicate that although the Precision application has a number of useful features, there are still some challenges in terms of navigation, efficiency of use and user satisfaction with the Presisi application interface. Thus, further improvements are needed in the interface design and user experience so that this application can operate optimally and improve community involvement in digital police services.
