Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Agile dalam pengembangan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) yang difokuskan pada sistem pengukuran kadar pH air di peternakan ayam pedaging. Kebutuhan akan pemantauan kualitas air yang akurat dan real-time menjadi latar belakang dirancangnya sistem berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino, yang terintegrasi dengan sensor pH dan modul komunikasi data. Metode Agile dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengakomodasi perubahan kebutuhan selama proses pengembangan melalui pendekatan iteratif dan berkelanjutan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan akurasi pengukuran dan mempermudah pemantauan data secara real-time. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada penerapan teknologi digital dalam sektor peternakan serta menunjukkan potensi adaptasi metode Agile dalam proyek pengembangan sistem berbasis IoT.Kata kunci: Metode Agile; Internet of Things (IoT); pengukuran pH; Arduino Abstract - This research aims to apply the Agile method in the development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology focused on a system for measuring the pH level of water in broiler chicken farms. The need for accurate and real-time water quality monitoring serves as the background for designing a system based on the Arduino microcontroller, which is integrated with a pH sensor and data communication module. The Agile method was chosen for its ability to accommodate changing requirements during the development process through an iterative and continuous approach. The implementation results show that the system can improve measurement accuracy and facilitate real-time data monitoring. This research contributes to the application of digital technology in the farming sector and demonstrates the potential adaptation of the Agile method in IoT-based system development projects.Keywords: Agile methodology; Internet of Things (IoT); pH measurement; Arduino
