Abstract

Pariwisata di Indonesia mengalami transformasi menjadi segmen-segmen bervariasi, termasuk wisata sosial, budaya, pendidikan, agama, dan lainnya. Segmentasi ini memungkinkan pengalaman wisata yang beragam, dari menikmati keindahan alam hingga rekreasi keluarga. Salah satu wacana yang semakin mendapat perhatian adalah wisata rohani, khususnya wisata ziarah makam. Kegiatan ini dianggap memberikan nilai spiritual tinggi dan ketenangan kepada pengunjung, terutama saat mengunjungi makam tokoh agama seperti Waliyullah K.H Raden Abdul Majid di Desa Mangunreja Tasikmalaya. Meskipun memiliki potensi besar dalam kontribusi ekonomi lokal dan pelestarian budaya, wisata ziarah tersebut menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Fasilitas yang kurang memadai, kurangnya pengelolaan dan promosi efektif, serta dukungan yang minim dari pemerintah dan komunitas lokal menjadi hambatan. Oleh karena itu, langkah-langkah strategis perlu diambil, seperti peningkatan fasilitas, pengelolaan, dan promosi. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah, swasta, dan komunitas lokal dapat mendukung rencana implementasi yang terinci, termasuk identifikasi potensi wisata, peningkatan fasilitas, pengelolaan efektif, strategi promosi, tahapan pengembangan, alokasi sumber daya, dan evaluasi kinerja. Dengan demikian, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan potensi wisata ziarah, menciptakan manfaat ekonomi merata, dan menjaga kelestarian budaya serta nilai spiritual.

Abstract

Floods are among the most common hydrometeorological disasters in Indonesia and have significant impacts on the social and economic well-being of communities. Cangkuang Kulon Village, Bandung Regency, is one of the areas vulnerable to flooding, highlighting the need to strengthen community capacity in disaster mitigation. This community service program aimed to enhance public understanding of community-based flood monitoring and mitigation through the implementation of biopore systems and the provision of supporting facilities. The activity involved village officials and local community members. The implementation methods included educational sessions, interactive discussions, and the handover of biopore construction equipment. The results indicated an improvement in community understanding of environmental monitoring, the application of biopore systems as a flood mitigation measure, and the importance of community participation in building sustainable disaster preparedness.

Abstract

In an increasingly dynamic business world, the ability to adapt and innovate is the key to success. Flexible and efficient business models play an important role in this. Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) as an XML-based business process execution standard offers a solution to design, develop, and implement business models efficiently, effectively, and standardized. This study explores how BPEL can be used to evaluate and implement business models. It begins with a brief explanation of the concepts of business models, BPM, and BPEL. This study uses literature analysis, case studies, and conceptual model development. First, we conduct an in-depth review of the literature related to BPEL, business models, and related practices. Then, through case studies in several organizations, we evaluate the effectiveness of BPEL implementation in improving business processes and related business models. The results of the study show that the implementation of BPEL-based business models can increase the flexibility and responsiveness of organizations to market changes. These advantages are especially evident in increasing process efficiency, reducing operational costs, and improving the quality of service to customers.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini yang semakin pesat, diiringi dengan serangan siber yang semakin marak terjadi pada sektor publik atau pemerintahan. Serangan tersebut mengakibatkan sejumlah kerugian materi maupun kerusakan infrastruktur atau informasi suatu organisasi, untuk mencegah ancaman siber tersebut, dibutuhkan penjaminan kualitas untuk melindungi informasi dengan melakukan penjagaan terhadap data agar tidak mudah diakses oleh orang yang tidak berkepentingan atau informasi yang disimpan masih terjaga keaslian dan kerahasiaannya. Penjagaan serangan siber dilakukan dengan menggunakan arsitektur TISA (Trust Information Security Architecture) yang terdiri dari tahapan perlindungan data, aturan keamanan informasi, dan prosedur keamanan. Penerapan arsitektur tersebut diselaraskan dengan kriteria kualitas pada sistem untuk menjamin keamanan yang baik berdasarkan framework penjaminan keamanan yang disesuaikan dengan permasalahan keamanan yang terjadi.

Abstract

Indonesia has a predominantly tropical climate, hence Indonesia experiences limited temperature variations, but has diverse rainfall variations. The variability of rainfall is also inseparable from the impact it has on various aspects of human life and business activities. Therefore, rainfall information is an important aspect in decision making. However, of course, there are stages and methods needed to carry out the analysis process. Therefore, this study looked for the best method between C4.5 and K-Nearest Neighbors which included algorithms in data mining to classify rainfall data. Both algorithms are used to build classification models based on relevant attribute attributes. Then, testing and evaluating both models using various metrics such as Accuracy, Precision, Recall and F1-Score were carried out. In this study also applied Hyperparameter Tuning with the RandomizeSearchCV method to get the best parameters to get maximum accuracy values. The results showed good accuracy values for both algorithms, in the sense that both algorithms were able to classify rainfall based on Indonesia's climate well. Based on the accuracy values obtained with the default parameters of both algorithms, C4.5 produces a higher accuracy value of 81.42%, while K-Nearest Neighbors is only 78.10%. However, after using the best parameters resulting from the application of RandomizedSearchCV Hyperparameter Tuning, a significant change in accuracy value occurred in K-Nearest Neighbors which was found to be 83.37%, while C4.5 increased to 82.56%.

Abstract

Indonesia predominantly features a tropical climate across its entirety. With this mostly tropical climate, the country encounters minimal shifts in temperature but exhibits a wide array of rainfall variations. Rainfall patterns in Indonesia showcase significant diversity. These variations in rainfall hold substantial importance in mitigating risks linked to heavy rainfall, such as floods and landslides. Moreover, besides its role in disaster preparedness, rainfall data also holds practical value in sectors such as agriculture, transportation, and industry. By incorporating data mining classification techniques, the process of predicting rainfall in Indonesia can be greatly enhanced. In this study, daily climate data from Indonesia is harnessed, and the chosen method for classification is the random forest algorithm. This selection stems from its capability to generate accurate and consistent classification models without necessitating intricate adjustments of parameters. Furthermore, the Naïve Bayes method is also integrated due to its straightforward implementation and its capacity for simple probability modeling, which can be effectively applied across diverse classification data. The outcomes of this investigation suggest that the random forest algorithm surpasses the Naïve Bayes algorithm in terms of performance and accuracy when classifying climate datasets unique to Indonesia. The random forest algorithm attains an accuracy rate of 86.55%, whereas the Naïve Bayes algorithm lags at an accuracy rate of 36.61%. It is anticipated that these research findings can serve as a point of reference for subsequent scholarly inquiries and contribute to the ongoing monitoring of daily rainfall in Indonesia, thereby aiding in the prevention of natural disasters.
