Abstract

The analyze the influence of digital marketing and product quality on Frozen Food purchasing decisions at Bekasi City. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were consumers who purchased Frozen Food in Bekasi City. The sampling technique used incidental sampling technique. The analytical method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that in simultaneous or partially ways the digital marketing and product quality have a positive and significant on purchasing decisions at Bekasi City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of artificial intelligence and technology acceptance model on the decision to buy products by millennial generation. Researchers used descriptive quantitative research methods in this study. The results obtained based on a questionnaire distributed online. Artificial intelligence and technology acceptance model,respectively a positive and significant effect, on the decision to buy products by the current millennial generation. While both artificial intelligence and technology acceptance model also influence together based on the results of data processing. So it can be concluded that artificial intelligence and technology acceptance model each have a positive and significant influence on the decision making process to buy products made by millennial generation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence between leadership and communication styles on employee performance at the Jakarta Fisheries College. This type of research is Explanatory Research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all permanent employees, namely ASN at the Jakarta. The result analysis there is influence between style leadership and communication on employee performance partially. Leadership style and communication simultaneously and significantly influence employee.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain factual and conceptual information about the effect of Product Quality and Service Quality on Customers of PT. Anzindo Gratia International. Questions is structured using a Likert Scale. Samples taken were 40 respondents. The sampling test technique uses the census method and data collection techniques including validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The results of the study, variable product quality and service quality have an influence on simultaneously, the two predictor variables have a fluctuating linear effect on customer satisfaction with a good level of significance. From the hypothesis test known that F count > F table, this shows that the variables Product Quality and Service Quality together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Likewise, the variables of product quality and service quality partially contribute significantly to customer satisfaction. From the partial hypothesis testing of each variable namely product quality and service quality it is known that t count > t table, from this shows that the variables Product Quality and Service Quality partially have a significant effect on changes in the value on customer satisfaction at PT. Anzindo Gratia International.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of social media marketing and product quality on buying decisions at Es Teh Indonesia Franchise Jatiwaringin. The type of the research used in this research is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study is Collage student have transacted in Es Teh Indonesia Franchise Jatiwaringin using the sampling technique and using a data collection method using questioner. The data analys technique in this study used multiple linear regression. Based on the result of this study, social media marketing have a positive and significant effect on buying decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions. Social media marketing and product quality a positive and significant effect on buying decision.

This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Masaji Indonesian Container Management Jakarta. By using the Isaac and Michael formula to determine the number of samples based on the error rate. The analytical method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that in simultaneous or partially ways the learning agility and learning culture have a positive and significant effect on the organizational performance of PT. Masaji Indonesian Container Management Jakarta.

Abstract

To determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on teacher performance SDN Kelasional Bintara, West Bekasi District. Descriptive research methods, verification analysis.. Primary data types by giving questionnaires to teachers, simple linear regression analysis method and multiple. Result simultaneous work motivation and discipline have a significant effect on the performance of teachers in SDN Kelasional Bintara, West Bekasi District, while partially both work motivation and discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of teacher employees.

Abstract

To determine the effect of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Serasi Auto Raya (SERA) Jakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is the customers of PT. Serasi Auto Raya (SERA) Jakarta with a total sample of 80 respondents who were taken using a sampling technique using incidental sampling techniques, by filling out a questionnaire on google form. The analysis technique was carried out with simultaneous and partially linear regression. Based on the test results, it is found that brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, brand image and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Serasi Auto Raya (SERA) Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Regional Liaison Agency of East Java Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Liaison Agency of East Java Province. The data analysis technique used path analysis to test the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results show that motivation and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction also has a significant effect on employee performance and is able to partially mediate the relationship between motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance.
