Abstract

Leadership Style and Motivation Affect Employee Performance PT. Citra Waspphutowa. To determine leadership style and motivation affect employee performance PT. Citra Waspphutowa. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research population was 123 people, using the Slovin formula, the sample in this study was 55 employees of PT. Citra Waspphutowa. The research method using simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneous or partially leadership style and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance PT. Citra Waspphutowa.

Abstract

To achieve an optimal work result, the company must improve the career development and compensation system in order to support the performance of employee in the company. This research was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of career development and compensation on employee performance either simultaneously or partially at PT. Unggul Pawenang Sentosa. The study was conducted on 75 respondents to employees of PT. Unggul Pawenang Sentosa. The results of tests conducted, it was found that Career Development and Compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, Career Development and Compensation partially also have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description and influence of human capital, creativity and organizational performance at Krisnadwipayana University. The research method used in this study using quantitative methods can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism. Researchers who use a quantitative approach will test a theory by detailing specific hypotheses, then collect data to support or refute these hypotheses. The approach to be used in this research is a quantitative analysis approach based on statistical information. This study shows that the effect of human capital on creativity has a significant effect, the effect of human capital based on the test results has a significant effect on organizational performance, the effect of creativity based on the test results has a significant effect on organizational performance, and the effect of human capital through creativity does not affect organizational performance. because the existence of creativity as a mediating variable does not make the role of human capital increase in organizational performance.

Abstract

This study is conducted to meet the public demand for good public services and the equal to the developed countries, for it is strongly necessary to have professional state apparatus. The variables studied in this research are knowledge and leadership management which associated with PPPK performance in City Government of Bekasi. This research was designed to examine the possibility of causal relationship between variables . The analysis method in this study is using path analysis. The process of collecting data using survey techniques, conducted by submitting statements to respondents in written form or closed questionnaire. Population in this research are PPPK employees in city Government of Bekasi which consists of 98 officer of PPPK that using simple random sampling. The results showed that knowledge management have an indirect effect on PPPK performance, while the leadership is significantly have a direct effect on it. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on PPPK performance. Leadership can not be an intervening variable between knowledge management and PPPK performance, because the value of the total knowledge management influence through leadership is smaller than the value of direct influence on the performance of PPPK.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The sample used is a saturated sample, which makes all employees (40 people in total) are respondents. The result of this study proves that leadership style has an effect on employee performance, it indicates that there are 4 (four) indicators on leadership style that must be maintained which is (1) Credible leader in managing the organization's future, (2) Committed to wages for the good performance on subordinates, (3) Realistically assessing the environmental constraints, and (4) Understand the ability of subordinates. Motivation also affects employee performance, where there are also 3 (three) maintained indicators which is (1) The leader provides real guidance according to work standards, (ii) Providing adequate working facilities and (3) comfortable working atmosphere.
