Abstract

To determine the effect of competence and motivation on work performance. This research is to analyze the causal relationship between competence and motivation on job performance. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Multi Pratama Interbuana Indonesia. The analysis method uses descriptive analysis and partially or simultaneous linear regression analysis. The sample used was 59 employees from a total population of 142 employees who were obtained using Slovin with a 10% annoyance level. The results showed that both partially and simultaneous there was a positive and significant influence on competence and motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose to analyze the effect of recruitment and job placement on employee performance at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research population. The technique used for sampling was simple random sampling. The analytical method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that in simultaneous or partially ways the recruitment and job placement have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading

Abstract

Purpose to determine the effect of performance appraisal and motivation the work productivity of employees at the HR Department of Dr. National General Hospital. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Using a saturated sample/census by taking the entire population, so that the sample taken is all employees in the HR department of Dr. RSUP. Cipto Mangunkusumo. In collecting data the researchers used a questionnaire method. 1) The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is no effect of performance appraisal on work productivity. 2) The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is an effect of work motivation on work productivity. 3) The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is an effect of performance appraisal and work motivation simultaneously on work productivity.
