Abstract

The basis of the research with the issue of research on the condition of corporate sukuk in Indonesia during the pandemic with the aim of describing the condition of macroeconomic variables on corporate sukuk in Indonesia before and during this pandemic, using macroeconomic variables proxied by Gross Domestic Product (GDP), exchange rate, Amount of Money Outstanding (JUB), Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI), interest rates, and inflation. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by analyzing secondary data which is processed using Eviews 10 with the VECM method and using quarterly time series data from 2011-2021. The results of data processing using VECM show several findings, namely: GDP, JUB, interest rates, and inflation variables have a negative effect, while ISSI and the exchange rate have a positive effect on corporate sukuk in the long term, while in the short term they have no significant effect on corporate sukuk in Indonesia. Meanwhile, based on testing using FEDV, the contribution to the growth of corporate sukuk is GDP (0.01%), exchange rate (2.03%), JUB (3.57%), ISSI (0.25%), interest rates (2.41%), and inflation (0.08%).

Abstract

ABSTRAKSampai saat ini masih banyak lembaga-lembaga dan perusahaan yang mempekerjakan karyawan secara rangkap jabatan sehingga menimbulkan ketidak efektifitasan dalam bekerjannya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas rangkap jabatan karyawan serta dampak dari rangkap jabatan di KSPPS Mitra Insan Mandiri Tasikmalaya. Untuk meninjau masalah tersebut maka teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori efektifitas, rangkap jabatan, pelayanan dan teori operasionalisasi BMT secara umum. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data primer dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini berasal dari karyawan KSPPS Mitra Insan Mandiri dengan jumlah 3 orang plus bersama manajernya. Adapun teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dengan 18 pertanyaan kepada manajer dan 7 pertanyaan kepada 2 orang karyawan yang berisi mengenai keefektifitsan dan dampak rangkap jabatan karyawan. Dengan hasil observasi interview/wawancara bersama manajer dan karyawan-karyawannya bahwa perusahaan ini berjalan secara efektif, tetapi efektif dari segi biaya,  walaupun dilihat dari karyawan yang merangkap jabatan maka pekerjaan atau kinerjanya dikatakan kurang efektif, namun tidak menghambat persaingan bersama perusahaan yang lain, bahkan KSPPS MIM ini yang mampu bertahan dengan sendiri tanpa bergabung dengan KSPPS/BMT yang lain. Itu karena kinerja manajer yang memimpin perusahaan dan mengarahkan karyawannya dengan bagus dan optimal serta kinerja dan pelayanan operasional karyawan-karyawanya yang maximal.ABSTRACTSo far, there are many institutions and companies that employ workes in duty free form that give rise to ineffective work. As fo the purpose of this study to know the effectiveness of the offices of employees and the impact of the doubled Tropps at the KSPPS Counterpart Tasikmalaya. To review the problem this is the general theory of effectiveness, duality, service, and operation BMT. The method used is a qualitative descriotive methode of prmer’s data source with a data retrieval technique through interviews and documentation of this research coming from a personal made, independent partner, with 3 plus manager. As for the data analysis technician in this study, the interview with 18 questions to the manager and 7 questions to 2 employees contained about how employees are effective and how employees are multifaceted. With an observation of the manager and an interview its employees are effective, but effevtive in terms of cost, although judging by the employees who promoted then it is said that the work or performance is less effetive, but  it does hinder competition with ither firms, even this KSPPS Mitra Insan Mandiri is capable, To Survive without joining ither KSPPS/BMT. That’s because a manager’s performance is leading the company and directing its employees.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of academic support service quality and lecturer performance on student satisfaction at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah (STIT) Az Zahra Tasikmalaya. Grounded in the increasing demand for quality assurance in higher education, this study highlights how well-executed academic services and competent lecturers are crucial determinants of student trust and institutional credibility. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 student respondents selected through the Slovin formula, utilizing structured questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The validity and reliability of the instrument were confirmed through statistical testing, with subsequent data analysis conducted using SPSS version 24. The findings demonstrate that both academic service quality and lecturer performance significantly affect student satisfaction across three dimensions: teaching effectiveness, administrative service delivery, and the adequacy of learning infrastructure. The study concludes that sustained improvements in service responsiveness, information accuracy, accessibility, and facility provision are essential to enhancing overall student satisfaction. These insights provide practical implications for institutional policy-making and strategic quality enhancement in higher education

Abstract

Penerapan sistem layanan jemput bola yang dilakukan oleh KSPPS BMT Sahabat Kita Semua terdapat beberapa kendala. Diantaranya yaitu jarak, belum menggunakan input data secara digital (komputerisasi), dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui efektivitas terhadap layanan jemput bola yang diterapkan oleh KSPPS BMT Sahabat Kita Semua. Untuk meninjau masalah tersebut maka teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori efektifitas, pelayanan dan teori operasionalisasi BMT secara umum. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan dua sumber data yaitu sumber data primer yang terdiri dari Manajer dan Marketing BMT Sahabat serta nasabah yang dijemput bola. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder terdiri dari buku pendukung, laporan, jurnal, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dengan 10 pertanyaan kepada manajer dan nasabah yang berisi mengenai efektivitas orginasi dalam sistem pelayanan jemput bola. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara umum pelayanan jemput bola yang diterapkan oleh BMT Sahabat dinilai masih kurang efektif jika dilihat dari 3 indikator efektivitas organisasi yaitu kepuasan kerja, kualitas, dan inovasi. Sedangkan jika dinilai dari 2 indikator produktivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan jemput bola sudah efektif. Dalam pelaksanaan jemput bola masih terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dapat menghambat dalam proses pencapaian tujuan yang ditentukan. Abstract

This research is motivated by the urgency of preserving and mastering the science of nahwu through the memorization method of Ibn Malik's Matan Alfiyyah, which is an important reference in the study of classical Arabic grammar in Islamic boarding schools. Gemayasih Cibungur Tasikmalaya Islamic Boarding School is one of the institutions that implements the Alfiyyah tahfidz program in a structured manner in its Islamic boarding school curriculum. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the Alfiyyah tahfidz program management which includes aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques are carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the boarding school leader, program managers, and students, as well as documentation of learning and assessment activities. The results show that the management of the Alfiyyah tahfidz program at Gemayasih Islamic Boarding School is carried out with careful planning through student selection, scheduling, and the preparation of memorization targets. The program implementation is supported by a classical approach and a talaqqi-musyafahah system, as well as strict supervision through routine deposits and periodic examinations. Evaluation was conducted both formatively and summatively, focusing on memorization and comprehension. Overall, the program's management implementation was effective and fostered the development of a cadre of students who excel in mastering the science of nahwu in a deep and contextual manner.
