Abstract

Labor is a process that ends with the birth of the placenta and baby starting with contractions in the latent and active phases. There are often complications in the process of childbirth, especially in relation to maternal strength, which has an impact on contractions causing prolonged partus, one of the efforts made by pharmacology and non-pharmacology with rebozo and acupressure spleen 6. Pakis Aji Health Center, the number of deliveries in August-October 2021 was 100, of which the most cases were long partus 15 cases (15%). Analyze the effect of rebozo technique and acupressure spleen 6 on the length of labor during stage I in multipa rous mothers at Pakis Aji Jepara Health Center. Quantitative research design with Quasi experimental approach. The population in the study were all maternity mothers as many as 65 respondents and a sample of 60 maternity mothers at the PakisAji Jepara Health Center. It can be concluded that before and after the rebozo technique and acupressure spleen 6 can both increase a significant effect on the length of labor in multiparous mothers in the PakisAji Jepara Health Center, while the difference in the provis ion of rebozo techniques and acupressure spleen 6 has no effect on the length of labor during stage I in multiparous mothers at the Pakis Aji Jepara Health Center.

Abstract

A Health Office report stated that in 2022, 1.9% of teenagers in the Grobogan Regency became pregnant outside of marriage. These adolescents range in age from 15 to 19. Because neither parents nor teenagers can comprehend it, premarital sexual activity is rarely discussed by either group. Teenagers who engage in sexual activity before marriage have access to a limited number of counselling and advocacy centres. There are a lot of young people who participate in risky sexual behaviour before they get married without being aware of the implications. The study utilized a quantitative quasi-experiment with pre- and post-tests administered to a single group. The investigation was carried out in March and April 2024 in the villages of Karanglangu, Kedungjati District, and Grobogan Regency. There were 72 participants in this study. E-learning was provided to the respondents for a period of six weeks. A paired T-test was the statistical test that was chosen. A P-value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, was found in the statistical test results. It would appear that this form of education impacts the comprehension of premarital sexual behaviour among adolescents.

Abstract

The inadequate prevalence of postpartum contraceptive utilization is attributable to insufficient communication, information, and educational services. E-learning media warrants consideration due to its cost-effectiveness and ability to present knowledge in an appealing fashion, which influences the recipient's self-efficacy for postpartum contraception. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of family planning counseling media with e-learning on postpartum contraceptive selection at Wonosamudro Public  Health Center. Qualitative research type Quasi-experimental approach. This research employs a pre-test and post-test group design. The populace of postpartum mothers in the Wonosamudro Health Center working area in 2023 was 386 patients; the inclusion criteria were postpartum mothers after 14 days postpartum, giving birth for the first time either average or Sectio Caesaria. The number of research samples was 80 respondents. The univariate analysis uses central tendency data, and the bivariate analysis uses the Paired T-Test test because the normality test results are typical (p value> 0.05). The results showed that after debriefing/education and follow-up via WhatsApp group and TikTok, there was a significant increase in scores (35.24). The significance level (2-tailed) of 0.000 (<0.05) indicates a substantial difference (meaningful influence) between before and after e-learning in the selection of postpartum contraception.
