Abstract

PT. Rezeki Sukses Cemerlang Tanjungpinang is one of the companies engaged in the sale of imported fruits and is located at Jl. Rawasari Batu 5 Tanjungpinang. Currently, PT. Rezeki Sukses Cemerlang Tanjungpinang has a problem in terms of overcoming the excess stock of imported fruits that do not sell because business owners are still using estimates in determining the amount of inventory needed for the next month which results in a shortage of goods and the accumulation of goods. To overcome the stock of imported fruits that do not sell, usually PT. Rezeki Sukses Cemerlang Tanjungpinang sells imported fruits at low prices. However, this proved to be unable to increase sales from PT. Brilliant Success Sustenance of Tanjungpinang.The problems that occur above can be overcome if PT. Rezeki Sukses Cemerlang Tanjungpinang can make an estimate of how many fruits should be imported per period based on the number of customer requests. So, when PT. Rezeki Sukses Cemerlang Tanjungpinang can do this, so PT. Rezeki Sukses Cemerlang Tanjungpinang no longer needs to sell imported fruits at low prices to use up existing stock.The design of this prediction system uses the UML approach consisting of usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and sequence diagrams, this is done because the UML approach is suitable for use if the system developed uses an object-oriented method. From this research, a system was obtained that is able to predict how much procurement of goods must be carried out in the next period so that PT. The Sustenance of Brilliant Success Tanjungpinang can be avoided from various problems that the researcher has described above using the Double Moving Average method.

Abstract

A budget is a financial estimate that is prepared in the form of income and expenses with the intention of making it efficient for a certain period of time. The meaning of budget in Indonesian is a budget. The budget that has been created is not left to chance. It will definitely be compared with actual use to evaluate whether it is appropriate or if there are changes to make the budget more efficient. This is an obstacle for PT. Eternal Jaya. The obstacle to development is the budget problem in purchasing materials. Every construction carried out must make an estimate of the materials used according to the budget. But not all companies can do that. The lack of information about prices and types of material is one of the constraining factors in determining which material to buy according to the budget. The research method used is to use the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method to determine materials according to the budget and conduct direct surveys and then interviews. The results of the Implementation of the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) Method on the Decision Support System for the Selection of Building Materials based on Budget Suitability. Website-based consumers at Toko Abadi Jaya can help Toko Abadi Jaya in selecting materials that fit the budget.

Abstract

Aplikasi e-kinerja Kabupaten Bintan merupakan suatu sistem yang digunakan untuk melakukan proses pencatatan, pemantauan kinerja dan sebagai dasar pembayaran tambahan penghasilan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di lingkungan pemerintahan Kabupaten Bintan. Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Bintan sebagai Perangkat Daerah yang bertanggungjawab terhadap aplikasi ini mendapati beberapa permasalahan dalam pelaksanaanya yaitu pengguna harus melakukan proses penginputan ulang rencana kinerja saat atasan dimutasi, belum menyediakan informasi perhitungan tambahan penghasilan, belum menyediakan informasi kinerja organisasi dari penilaian periodik pengguna dan masih sering terjadi gagal login dan slow respon saat traffic padat, ketika banyak pengguna mengakses aplikasi saat bersamaan. Sejak awal aplikasi ini diimplementasikan belum pernah dilakukan analisis terkait kualitas kinerja aplikasi dan dinilai perlu dilakukan guna menjadi acuan untuk peningkatan kualitas dari aplikasi e-kinerja Kabupaten Bintan berdasarkan kepuasan pengguna. Dalam pengukurannya diperlukan suatu metode untuk mengetahui hasil akhir yang nantinya dapat memberikan rekomendasi dalam peningkatan kualitas dari aplikasi. Berdasarkan pertimbangan tersebut, penulis menggunakan metode webqual 4.0 untuk melakukan penelitian dalam mengukur kualitas aplikasi dan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) sebagai pemberi rekomendasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui kuesioner online yang dibagikan kepada 97 ASN Kabupaten Bintan pengguna aplikasi. Setelah dilakukan analisis terhadap penerapan metode webqual 4.0 pada aplikasi e-kinerja Kabupaten Bintan diperoleh nilai index untuk usability (kemudahan pengguna) sebesar 0,7979 dengan hasil baik, information quality (kualitas informasi) sebesar 0,5239 dengan hasil cukup dan service interaction quality sebesar 0,7676 dengan hasil baik. Rekomendasi hasil metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) yaitu perbaikan/ dipertimbangkan kembali pada information quality (kualitas informasi) dan peningkatan pada service interaction quality (layanan kualitas) aplikasi.

Abstract

Parking is a mandatory service in public places. Parking services have an important role, especially so that vehicles are neatly arranged. An organized and neat parking system will make vehicle users comfortable. However, if the parking system is not managed properly, it creates a major problem, namely making vehicles pile up and making vehicle users uncomfortable. Based on this, the author makes an automatic parking system using an internet of things-based RFID. By using the NodeMCU ESP8266 as a device controller as well as sending data to a database which will later be displayed on the web. To enter (input) this tool uses an RFID Scanner which is useful as a system control center that has the function of reading a unique code from the RFID tag. Then the Infrared Sensor which has a function to detect objects or in this case vehicles. For output (output) this tool uses a servo that is useful as a driver of the parking doorstop. Then there is the DFplayer which converts electrical signals into sound, the DFplayer here becomes a marker if there are vehicle users who have not been registered in the parking member and a marker if the parking lot is full. Based on these tests, it can be concluded that the automatic payment parking system using IOT-based RFID (Internet Of Things) requires an RFID Scanner, RFID tag/EKTP, IR Sensor, Servo, DFplayer, and NodeMCU 8266. And also requires a monitoring system that functions to regulate availability of parking space.
