Abstract

This research is motivated by the need to analyze the capability level and effectiveness of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) in enhancing teacher performance using the COBIT 2019 framework. The study aims to assess how well this platform supports the achieve- ment of good IT governance standards and its impact on teaching quality at SMKN 1 Tanjungpinang and SMPIT Taruna Ar Risalah. The research employs both quantitative and qualitative methods with a COBIT 2019 approach, involving domains such as APO07, DSS01, DSS02, MEA01, and BAI03. The results indicate that the effectiveness of PMM usage has reached a fairly good capability level, but there remains a gap between the current capability level (as-is) and the desired level (to-be). The gap values identified are as follows: APO07 (1.2), DSS01 (1.45), DSS02 (1.5), MEA01 (1.25), and BAI02 (1.2). Improvement recommendations are proposed to reduce these gaps and optimize PMM's effectiveness in supporting teacher performance.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen dan Akuntansi Barang Milik Negara Terhadap Pengelolaan Aset Negara merupakan Sistem Informasi penting diterapkan di seluruh Satker dan Satwil Jajaran Polda Kepri dengan tujuan utama untuk menangani administrasi belanja pemerintah, terutama meliputi aset milik negara, sesuai dengan prosedur standar estimasi nilai dan prosedur transaksi yang tepat. Sistem dapat dikatakan memiliki tingkat usability yang tinggi apabila pengguna bisa memperoleh apa yang mereka butuhkan dan mengerti dengan sistem tersebut. Saat ini, terdapat beberapa kendala dalam mengakses sistem tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan pada SIMAK BMN, mengetahui tingkat usability, dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan aplikasi SIMAK BMN. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil yang diperoleh adalah SIMAK BMN memiliki skor SUS sebesar 80,39 yang berarti bahwa SIMAK BMN sudah acceptable, memiliki skala nilai A dan memiliki skala adjectives tergolong Excellent serta nilai percentile rank berada pada nilai 90%. Namun ada beberapa rekomendasi perbaikan yang diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai rujukan bagi tim pengembang sistem dalam melakukan perbaikan.

Abstract

Mami's Care is a shop that sells necessities such as baby food, water bottles and clothes. One of the obstacles faced by Toko Peduli Mami is that decision support system technology has not been used in inventory forecasting and inventory data collection is still done manually, resulting in low accuracy of the data obtained. By considering these preferences, decision support system methods can produce predictions that are more accurate and relevant to the company's strategic goals. To forecast inventory, researchers provide a solution in the form of a system that helps managers determine product estimates that need to be prepared so that overstocking or understocking does not occur. Inventory reporting plays a very important role in any business as accurate information enables informed decision making. Therefore, a calculation method is needed to predict future inventory levels. This predictive system design uses a UML approach consisting of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and sequence diagrams. The UML approach is suitable if the system you are developing uses object-oriented techniques. This research completes a system that can predict future sales using two methods: double moving average and double exponential smoothing. The results of the two calculations are compared using the lowest MAPE percentage so that Mommy's Care can estimate the number of clothing items available for the following month.
