Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence transformational leadership and organizational justice have on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Simpang Empat. Methods of data analysis using a questionnaire, with a sample of 85 respondents. The data analysis method used is Path Analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. There is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. There is a positive and significant influence between Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Justice on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior does not mediate Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior does not mediate Organizational Justice on Employee Performance. The variable contribution of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Justice through Organizational Citizenship Behavior is 70.6% while the remaining 29.4% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
