<![CDATA[Abstrak Regulasi ekspor merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi kinerja perusahaan eksportir, khususnya dalam hal profitabilitas. Namun, kompleksitas dan ketidakefisienan regulasi dapat menjadi hambatan, sehingga perlu diteliti lebih lanjut peran pendapatan sebagai variabel mediasi. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh regulasi ekspor dan pendapatan ekspor secara parsial terhadap profitabilitas dan pendapatan ekspor yang memediasi pengaruh regulasi ekspor terhadap profitabilitas di perusahaan eksportir di Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi seluruh eksportir di Kabupaten Badung yang terdaftar di ALFI sebanyak 11 perusahan dengan sampel 110 responden yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS (Partial Least Squares) dengan alat bantu SmartPLS untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa regulasi ekspor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui pendapatan ekspor. However, regulatory complexity and inefficiency can be a barrier, necessitating further investigation into the role of revenue as a mediating variable. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial effect of export regulations and export revenue on profitability, and to determine how export revenue mediates the effect of export regulations on profitability in export firms in Badung Regency. This study used a population of all exporters in Badung Regency registered with ALFI (Alfian International Finance Corporation), with a sample of 110 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis used SEM-PLS (Partial Least Squares) with the SmartPLS tool to test direct and indirect effects. The study found that export regulations have a positive and significant effect on profitability, both directly and indirectly through export revenue.
