Abstract

Work performance is something that needs to be considered in a company, because the better employee performance can have an impact on the success of a company. The problems raised in this study are whether communication (X1) affects employee performance (Y) at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital, does the work environment (X2) affect employee performance (Y) at Bhakti Rahayu General Hospital Tabanan, how much influence does communication and work environment have on employee performance at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital and which independent variables have a dominant influence on employee performance at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital. The population in this study amounted to 76 people. This study uses the population as a sample. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis, and determination analysis. The results of the analysis show the regression model Y = 1.309 + 0.257 (X1) + 0.564 (X2). The conclusion obtained is that communication (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital as indicated by the regression coefficient b1X1 which is positive. The work environment (X2) partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital, this can be seen in the b2X2 coefficient which is positive. The magnitude of the influence of communication and work environment on employee performance at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital is 64.8% and the remaining 35.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The independent variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance can be seen in the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta, namely the communication variable (X1), which is equal to 0.257, while the work environment variable (X2) is equal to 0.564.

Abstract

Human assets are the foremost imperative thing in a company since of their part as implementers of the company's operational exercises, so components that influence worker execution ought to be considered, such as workload and work environment. This inquire about points to: (1) decide the impact of workload on representative execution; (2) knowing the impact of the work environment on worker execution; and (3) knowing which free factors have the overwhelming impact on representative execution. Abstract

In order to improve employee performance at The Bandha Hotel & Suites in Legian, Kuta Bali, every organization needs to consider competence, emotional stability, and perception. The aim of this research is to ascertain the impact of competence, emotional stability, and perception on employee performance and to find out the independent variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at The Bandha Hotel & Suites Legian, Kuta Bali. There were eighty two individuals in the sample. Using the probability sampling method. Data collection uses the Likert scale. The t-test, beta coefficient test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, validity and reliability test, and other techniques were employed in the analysis. Competence positively and significantly influenced on employee performance, according to the study's findings, which had a regression of 0.453 and a < gis value of 0.05. Employee performance was positively and significantly impacted by emotional stability, as evidenced by a regression of 0.595 and a < sig value of 0.05. Employee performance was positively and significantly impacted by perception, as evidenced by a regression of 0.337 and a < sig value of 0.05. The Bandha Hotel & Suites in Legian, Kuta Bali has a positive and significant relationship with employee performance, according to the t-test results, which were derived from 5,219 > t table 1.66. Since the emotional stability variable has the highest beta coefficient value when compared to other variables, its results from the beta coefficient test have a greater influence than those of the other variables.
