In order to improve employee performance at The Bandha Hotel & Suites in Legian, Kuta Bali, every organization needs to consider competence, emotional stability, and perception. The aim of this research is to ascertain the impact of competence, emotional stability, and perception on employee performance and to find out the independent variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at The Bandha Hotel & Suites Legian, Kuta Bali. There were eighty two individuals in the sample. Using the probability sampling method. Data collection uses the Likert scale. The t-test, beta coefficient test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, validity and reliability test, and other techniques were employed in the analysis. Competence positively and significantly influenced on employee performance, according to the study's findings, which had a regression of 0.453 and a < gis value of 0.05. Employee performance was positively and significantly impacted by emotional stability, as evidenced by a regression of 0.595 and a < sig value of 0.05. Employee performance was positively and significantly impacted by perception, as evidenced by a regression of 0.337 and a < sig value of 0.05. The Bandha Hotel & Suites in Legian, Kuta Bali has a positive and significant relationship with employee performance, according to the t-test results, which were derived from 5,219 > t table 1.66. Since the emotional stability variable has the highest beta coefficient value when compared to other variables, its results from the beta coefficient test have a greater influence than those of the other variables.
