Abstract

In an effort to repair the company PT. PAL changed the concept of performance appraisal of each division were previously more focused on the financial report into the performance appraisal with the concept of balanced scorecard, this is in line with the direction of the Ministry of SOEs as a state institution builder to each SOE. Merchant vessel division needs help to be able to ensure that the process goes according to plan and know how condition the object in the design, implementation and results. Based on the above issues authors propose Application Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Merchant Vessel Division. The author uses a balanced scorecard method in accordance with the concept of the PT. PAL. To process the existing data using the method of direct user rating. The data that has been processed will be the source of the data in the reports to be made. With the Application Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Merchant Vessel Division, the management can be easier to monitor and evaluate the performance of the Merchant Vessel Division. Thus the management can identify problems on the merchant vessel division in accordance with the concept of the balanced scorecard method

Abstract

Minister of Health of Indonesia has issued a decision in the context of performance assessment of health human resources in health centers. PHC Kalirungkut in this case has not been fully to assess the performance of health human resources in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health number 857 / Menkes / SK / IX / 2009 as was recommended . Performance appraisal is currently done by the health center is still in the process Kalirungkut manually. This can lead to errors such as human error , data loss , and data can be corrupted. To overcome these problems , then made a solution Design of HR information systems performance assessment Kalirungkut health in health centers . This application can perform data management , calculate the value of the performance , to reporting the performance of existing health human resources in health centers Kalirungkut . This application also can make the data more accurate calculation and timely , which will minimize the calculation error occurred. Based on the test results , it is known that the application can provide detailed information on the performance assessment of health human resources obtained from the collection of data effectively , so that the performance assessment can be done on time and not to be a delay granting any performance appraisal report has been completed.

Abstract

Abstract: Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Pendidikan Kejuruan (PPPK) is a technical and operational unit of Dinas Pendidikan (Dispendik) East Java Regional that take care of training and vocational education development. UPT PPPK has a main task to organize training and vocational education development, administration, and public services. UPT PPPK has a Educational Services Division (Seksi Pelayanan Pendidikan) which suppose to organize training for Vocational High School’s teachers in Each Java Regional.Whilst there are almost 1500 Vocational High Schools, arround 36.000 teachers, and 211 vocationals in East Java which is impossible to organize all vocationals in a year. To overcome these conditions UPT PPPK needs a solution system that could assist to determining which teacher that need training the most. Collecting and analyzing data in order to identify what subjects or elements inside the organization that need to be enhanced for the sake of increasing organization’s productivity is what called as Training Need Analysis.Based on result of testing and evaluation, the application success to determining the gap that need training for the teacher through exam as placement test and teacher's training history. Whilst this gap would lead UPT PPPK to give a proper training and determining the training's participants.
