Abstract

The basic objective of this study is to investigate, via the prism of organisational commitment, the connection between Religious Charismatic leadership and employee engagement. In order to find out how the research variables were related to each other, this quantitative study used AMOS-SEM, a data analysis tool. A positive and statistically significant effect of religious charismatic leadership on staff engagement was found. Organisational commitment acts as a robust mediator between Religious Charismatic leadership and workforce engagement. This research of human resource management at KSPPS BMT NU Kabupaten Lamongan provides a new perspective as a case study.

Abstract

The impact of disagreement on productivity, absenteeism, and employee turnover were investigated in this study. Quantitative methods were employed in this descriptive survey investigation. Research participants were chosen at random from a stratified population. We utilised IBM SPSS version 22 to generate the results for discussion, and the instrument was a questionnaire. Employee performance is negatively affected by disagreement, which leads to frequent absence, low production, and turnover, according to the study. Conflicts in the workplace have a substantial impact on productivity, absenteeism, and attrition, which has important leadership implications. Understanding and resolving the unique conflicts that each individual encounters is essential. Organisational leaders should ensure that positions are designed suitably for people to avoid duplication of effort and promote harmonious collaboration. They can use this to strengthen their bonds with coworkers. Organisational conflicts arising from relationships, tasks, and interpersonal dynamics will decrease as a result. Conflict and its negative effects on both employees and the company can be lessened in this way as well. There doesn't seem to be any literature on the topic of conflict at Ghanaian universities. In contrast to previous research, this one uses mechanical Corporation in Palembang as a case study to analyse the correlation between conflict and performance metrics including productivity, absenteeism, and turnover.

Abstract

Before and under COVID-19, government-affiliated firms kept Indonesia's economy stable and under control. Indonesia and other countries have been struck hard by COVID-19, which has accelerated governmental and commercial sector digitisation. In the face of the pandemic's rapid digitalisation, SOEs must expand and improve to accomplish their goals. This research will examine how technostress, perceived organisational support (POS), total reward systems (TRS), and work-life balance (WLB) affect job performance through employee well-being. State-owned enterprise personnel will be studied. This quantitative study examines the dependent variable's direct and indirect impacts using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The majority of research participants are from 263 government-affiliated entities. The study found that employee well-being modulates the association between perceived organisational support and work performance. The results demonstrate that SOEs must involve all generations, especially millennials and Gen Z, to improve job performance. The paper states that employee well-being is the complete mediator between the factors and job performance. Organisations should continually encourage employees and make them feel valued. This is crucial for Generation Y and Z, who will run the company.
