Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganaliisis pengaruh langsung pendidikan terhadap kinerja, menganaliisis pengaruh langsung pelatihan terhadap kinerja, dan menganaliisis pengaruh tidak langsung pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 52 anggota sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah anggota sebanyak 50 orang dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin, survei dilakukan selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu Juni s.d Juli 2024. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi. Pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap lkinerja melalui kompetensi. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) analyzing the direct influence of education on performance, (2) analyzing the direct influence of training on performance, (3) analyzing the indirect influence of education and training on performance through competency. This research uses primary data through a survey of 52 members as a sample from the total number of members of 50 people by determining the sample using the Slovin formula. The survey was conducted for 2 (two) months, namely June to July 2024. The data was analyzed using the SmartPLS program. The research results show that education and training influence performance, education and training influence competency. Education and training have an indirect effect on performance through competency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dalam Meningkatkan Tingkat Kedisiplinan Melalui Motivasi Terhadap Praja IPDN Kampus Sulawesi Selatan. Metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan teknik analisis SEM-PLS digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari Praja berjumlah 111 orang di IPDN Kampus Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kedisiplinan Praja. Gaya kepemimpinan pimpinan di IPDN Kampus Sulawesi Selatan yang mendorong prajanya untuk inovatif dalam bekerja dan selalu mengarahkan praja terlebih dahulu sebelum memberikan tugas mendapat penilaian positif dari responden. Disiplin juga dinilai berpengaruh positif terhadap satuan praja. begitu juga dengan motivasi yang dinilai berpengaruh positif terhadap satuan praja. Analisis jalur (SEM- PLS) menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung melalui motivasi yang signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan satuan praja serta mempengaruhi secara positif. Demikian juga dengan motivasi mempengaruhi disiplin praja secara positif. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini melihat pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin dan motivasi dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan satuan praja. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style on improving discipline levels through motivation among cadets at the South Sulawesi campus of the Institute of Domestic Governance (IPDN). A quantitative method with a descriptive approach and SEM-PLS analysis technique was used to collect and analyze data from 111 students at the IPDN Campus in South Sulawesi. The study's findings demonstrate that leadership style, discipline, and motivation exert a positive influence on cadet discipline. Respondents rated the leadership style of the leaders at the IPDN Campus in South Sulawesi positively. This style encourages cadets to be creative in their work and always offers them guidance before giving them tasks. Discipline was also considered to have a positive effect on cadet units, as was motivation. Path analysis (SEM-PLS) revealed that leadership style exerted both direct and indirect effects, mediated by motivation, on the discipline of cadet units, yielding a positive influence. Similarly, motivation had a positive effect on cadet discipline. In conclusion, this research demonstrates the value of leadership style, discipline, and motivation in improving the discipline of civil servant units.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk: (1) menganaliisis pengaruh langsung disiplin kerja dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kemampuan kerja, (2) menganaliisis pengaruh langsung kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja, (3) menganaliisis pengaruh langsung disiplin kerja dan dkemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja, (4) menganaliisis pengaruh tidak langsung disiplin kerja dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 52 anggota sebagai populasi. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 50 orang dengan meteode penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, penelitian dilakukan selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu Februari s.d April 2025. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengaruh disiplin dan kemampuan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kemampuan kerja, (2) kompetensi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja (3) disiplin dan kemampuan kerja berpengaruh terhjadap kinerja, (4) dan displin kerja dan kemampuan kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja anggota melalui kompetensi kerja  This research was conducted with the following objectives: (1) to analyze the direct influence of work discipline and work ability on work ability, (2) to analyze the direct influence of work competence on performance, (3) to analyze the direct influence of work discipline and work ability on performance, and (4) to analyze the indirect influence of work discipline and work ability on performance through work competence. This study used primary data obtained through a survey of 52 members of the population. The sample in this study consisted of 50 people, with the sample determination method using the Slovin formula. The study was conducted over a period of two months, from February to April 2025. The data were analyzed using the SmartPLS program. The results of the research show that (1) the influence of discipline and work ability has a direct effect on work ability, (2) work competence affects performance, (3) discipline and work ability affect performance, and (4) work discipline and work ability have an indirect effect on member performance through work competence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan memasukkan kepemimpinan sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Konawe Selatan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS), penelitian ini melibatkan 50 responden yang ditentukan melalui rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reward dan punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepemimpinan, serta secara langsung meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kepemimpinan juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan memediasi hubungan antara reward–punishment dan kinerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kombinasi sistem penghargaan, sanksi yang konsisten, dan kepemimpinan yang efektif berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada organisasi utilitas publik seperti PLN. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis mengenai perlunya kebijakan manajemen kinerja yang adil, sistematis, dan terintegrasi pada sektor pelayanan publik. This research aims to analyze the effect of rewards and punishments on employee performance by including leadership as a mediating variable at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Konawe Selatan. Using a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) analysis, this study involved 50 respondents selected using the Slovin formula. The results indicate that rewards and punishments have a positive and significant effect on leadership and directly improve employee performance. Leadership is also proven to have a significant effect on performance and mediates the relationship between rewards and punishments and performance. These findings confirm that a combination of a consistent reward and punishment system and effective leadership plays an important role in improving employee performance in public utility organizations such as PLN. This study provides practical implications regarding the need for fair, systematic, and integrated performance management policies in the public service sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap digitalisasi bank dan kepuasan nasabah, serta menguji peran mediasi digitalisasi bank dalam hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden nasabah aktif dan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap digitalisasi bank dan kepuasan nasabah, sementara digitalisasi bank juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Selain itu, digitalisasi terbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas layanan konvensional sekaligus optimalisasi layanan digital seperti BRImo untuk memperkuat pengalaman dan kepuasan nasabah. Penelitian merekomendasikan penguatan keandalan layanan, stabilitas sistem digital, serta peningkatan literasi digital bagi nasabah guna mendukung pengalaman layanan yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan. This research aims to analyze the effect of service quality on bank digitalization and customer satisfaction and to examine the mediating role of bank digitalization in the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Panakkukang Makassar Branch. A quantitative approach was employed using a sample of 100 active customers, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The findings indicate that service quality has a significant positive effect on bank digitalization and customer satisfaction, while bank digitalization also significantly enhances customer satisfaction. Furthermore, digitalization significantly mediates the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. These results highlight the importance of improving traditional service quality alongside optimizing digital services such as BRImo to strengthen customer experience and satisfaction. The study recommends enhancing service reliability, strengthening digital system stability, and increasing customer digital literacy to support more effective and sustainable service experiences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Keterampilan Digital, Kompetensi Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, dan Kinerja Anggota dalam suatu organisasi. Secara khusus, penelitian ini memfokuskan pada empat tujuan utama, yaitu: (1) menganalisis pengaruh langsung Keterampilan Digital dan Kompetensi Kerja terhadap Pengembangan Karir; (2) menganalisis pengaruh langsung Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Anggota; (3) menganalisis pengaruh langsung Keterampilan Digital dan Kompetensi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Anggota; serta (4) menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung Keterampilan Digital dan Kompetensi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Anggota melalui Pengembangan Karir sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 52 anggota sebagai populasi, dengan sampel sebanyak 50 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan selama dua bulan, yaitu Februari hingga April 2025. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keterampilan Digital dan Kompetensi Kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir. Selanjutnya, Pengembangan Karir terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Anggota. Selain itu, Keterampilan Digital dan Kompetensi Kerja juga memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap Kinerja Anggota. Temuan penting lainnya menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut turut memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Kinerja Anggota melalui Pengembangan Karir sebagai variabel mediasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan Keterampilan Digital dan Kompetensi Kerja dalam meningkatkan Pengembangan Karir dan Kinerja Anggota secara keseluruhan. This study aims to analyze the relationships among Digital Skills, Job Competence, Career Development, and Member Performance within an organizational setting. Specifically, the study focuses on four main objectives: (1) to examine the direct effects of Digital Skills and Job Competence on Career Development; (2) to analyze the direct influence of Career Development on Member Performance; (3) to investigate the direct effects of Digital Skills and Job Competence on Member Performance; and (4) to assess the indirect effects of Digital Skills and Job Competence on Member Performance through Career Development as a mediating variable. Primary data were collected through a survey of 52 members of the population, with a sample of 50 respondents selected using the Slovin formula. Data collection was conducted over 2 months, from February to April 2025. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach in SmartPLS. The findings indicate that Digital Skills and Job Competence have significant direct effects on Career Development. Furthermore, Career Development is shown to influence Member Performance positively. The results also reveal that Digital Skills and Job Competence exert direct effects on Member Performance. Another important finding demonstrates that both variables indirectly affect Member Performance through Career Development as a mediating factor. Overall, this study highlights the importance of strengthening Digital Skills and Job Competence to enhance Career Development and improve Member Performance.
