Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganaliisis pengaruh langsung kemampuan kerja, dan kerterampilan, terhadap kinerja, menganaliisis pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja, dan penguasaan teknologi terhadap kompetensi kerja, dan menganaliisis pengaruh tidak langsung kemampuan kerja, dan keterampilan kerja, terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 120 karyawan sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah anggota sebanyak 120 orang, survei dilakukan selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu Maret s.d Mei 2024. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengaruh kemampuan, dan keterampilan berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (2) kemampuan kerja, dan keterampilan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) analyzing the direct effect of work ability and skills on performance, (2) analyzing the direct effect of work motivation and mastery of technology on work competence, (3) analyzing the indirect effect of work ability and work skills, on performance. This research uses primary data through a survey of 120 employees as a sample from a total of 120 members. The survey was conducted for 2 (two) months, March to May 2024. The data was analyzed using the SmartPLS program. The results of the research show that: (1) The influence of ability and skills has a direct effect on employee performance, (2) work ability and skills have an indirect effect on employee performance through work motiva.
