Abstract

This study investigates the effect of integrating Google Site as an instructional medium on students’ learning interest in the Informatics subject at SMP Kristen Citra Bangsa Kupang. Using a quantitative experimental design with pre-test and post-test measures in control and experimental groups, data were collected through validated questionnaires and structured classroom observations. The results reveal a statistically significant enhancement in students’ learning interest following the implementation of Google Site, reflected in the increased post-test mean score (86.5) compared to the pre-test (72.3). These findings demonstrate that Google Site serves as an effective digital platform that fosters active participation, motivation, and engagement, ultimately creating a more interactive and student-centered learning environment.

Abstract

Lusiana Huan, 2025 The Effect of Interactive Learning Media Based on Autoplay Media Studio on Student Learning Outcomes in Computer System Materialof Class VII SMPN 5 Kupang City. Informatics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training And Aducation, Citra Bangsa University Kupang. Supervisors : Ms. Dr. Maria M. B. Sogen, S.Kom.,M.Pd And Mr. Jhon Enstein, S.Kom.,M.Cs. This study aims to analyze the effect of interactive learning media based on AutoPlay Media Studio on student learning outcomes regarding the "Computer Systems" topic among 7th-gradestudents at SMP Negeri 5 Kupang. A quantitative approach employing a true experimental Design utilizing both control and experimental groups was adopted. The subjects were7th- grade students at SMP Negeri 5 Kupang; Class VII-F served as the experimental group using AutoPlay Media Studio media, while Class VII-A served as the control group receivingconventional instruction. Data analysis involved normality testing (Kolmogorov-Smirnov or Shapiro-Wilk) and further statistical testing using statistical software. The data analysis indicates that AutoPlay Media Studio-based interactive learning mediahasaneffect on student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the increase in the experimental group's average post-test score rising from 35.83 in the pre-test to 85.33 following the intervention representing a gain of 49.5 points. Scores ranged from a low of 60 to a highof 100 This significant improvement demonstrates the effectiveness of AutoPlay Media Studiomediain enhancing student learning outcomes for the "Computer Systems" topic.
