Abstract

Latar Belakang: Status gizi balita dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, termasuk pola makan dan keaktifan ibu dalam memantau pertumbuhan anak di posyandu. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan dan keaktifan ibu ke posyandu dengan status gizi balita. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 32 ibu balita diambil secara purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pola makan dengan status gizi balita (p = 0,000) serta antara keaktifan ibu ke posyandu dengan status gizi balita (p = 0,000). Kesimpulan: Pola makan yang baik dan keaktifan kunjungan posyandu berkorelasi positif dengan status gizi balita yang optimal. Peran edukasi posyandu sangat penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan program gizi masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Pola makan, posyandu, status gizi, balita.  ABSTRACTBackground: The nutritional status of toddlers is influenced by many factors, including diet and maternal involvement in monitoring their growth at the integrated health post (Posyandu). Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between diet and maternal involvement in Posyandu with toddler nutritional status. Method: This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. A sample of 32 mothers of toddlers was drawn using purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test. Results: The results showed a significant relationship between diet and toddler nutritional status (p = 0.000) and between maternal involvement in Posyandu with toddler nutritional status (p = 0.000). Conclusion: Good diet and active Posyandu visits are positively correlated with optimal toddler nutritional status. The role of Posyandu education is crucial in supporting the success of community nutrition programs.Keywords: Diet, Posyandu, nutritional status, toddler
