Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model pembelajaran take and give berbantuan media mind mapping terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa UPT SPF SDN Mangkura I Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimental. Dan desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  two comparative groups pretest- posttest design. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa UPT SPF SDN Mangkura I. Dan sampel terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas IV-A sebagai kelas kontrol yang berjumlah 25 siswa dan kelas IV-B sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah soal tes hasil belajar, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar observasi siswa, dan dokumentasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest sebelum penerapan model pembelaran dan posttest sesudah penerapan model pembelajaran lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan siswa di kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar berada pada kategori tinggi, lebih signifikan dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model konvensional berada pada kategori cukup. Selain itu, aktivitas siswa pada model pembelajaran take and give berbantuan media mind mapping berada pada kategori sangat aktif. implementasi model pembelajaran take and give berbantuan media mind mapping juga meningkatkan kerja sama kelompok dengan adanya konsep tutor sebaya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran take and give berbantuan media mind mapping berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa UPT SPF SDN Mangkura I Kota Makassar. This study aims to determine the implementation of the take and give learning model assisted by mind mapping media on the learning outcomes of students in science at UPT SPF SDN Mangkura I, Makassar City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. And the design used in this study is two comparative groups pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all students of UPT SPF SDN Mangkura I. And the sample consisted of two classes, namely class IV-A as a control class consisting of 25 students and class IV-B as an experimental class consisting of 25 students. The instruments used in this study were learning outcome test questions, learning implementation observation sheets, student observation sheets, and documentation. Data were collected through a pretest before the implementation of the learning model and a posttest after the implementation of the learning model, then analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results of the analysis showed that students in the experimental class experienced an increase in learning outcomes in the high category, more significant than the control class using the conventional model in the sufficient category. In addition, student activity in the take and give learning model assisted by mind mapping media was in the very active category. The implementation of the take and give learning model assisted by mind mapping media also improves group cooperation with the concept of peer tutors. This shows that the take and give learning model assisted by mind mapping media has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of students in science at UPT SPF SDN Mangkura I, Makassar City.
