Abstract

The rapid development of technology requires elementary school teachers to possess high levels of digital literacy in order to adapt to the changes in 21st-century learning systems. However, many teachers, particularly at the elementary school level, still face challenges in optimally integrating technology into instructional activities. This study aims to examine various forms of utilizing learning technology to enhance elementary school teachers’ digital literacy and to analyze effective strategies for strengthening these competencies. The method employed is a literature review that examines scientific articles, academic journals, and previous research relevant to digital literacy and educational technology. The findings indicate that the use of digital-based technologies, such as online learning platforms, collaborative applications, and interactive media, can improve elementary school teachers’ technical, cognitive, and social competencies. This study emphasizes the importance of continuous professional development for teachers, institutional support, and educational policies that are responsive to technological advancements in order to support the transformation of teachers’ digital literacy. ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat menuntut guru sekolah dasar untuk memiliki kemampuan literasi digital yang tinggi agar mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan sistem pembelajaran abad ke-21. Namun, masih banyak guru khususnya guru sekolah dasar yang mengalami kendala dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam kegiatan pembelajaran secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji berbagai bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan literasi digital guru sekolah dasar serta menganalisis strategi yang efektif untuk memperkuat kompetensi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah berbagai artikel ilmiah, jurnal, dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan dengan tema literasi digital dan teknologi pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi berbasis digital, seperti platform pembelajaran daring, aplikasi kolaboratif, dan media interaktif, mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru sekolah dasar dalam aspek teknis, kognitif, dan sosial. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru, dukungan institusional, serta kebijakan pendidikan yang responsif terhadap perkembangan teknologi agar transformasi literasi digital guru sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of interactive animation-based learning videos in improving elementary school students’ conceptual understanding. The study employed a literature review method by analyzing scientific articles, nationally accredited journals, and relevant academic sources published between 2014 and 2025. The results of the literature synthesis indicate that interactive animation-based learning videos consistently enhance students’ conceptual understanding, particularly in abstract subjects such as the human respiratory system, the solar system, and mathematical concepts. Dynamic visualizations, contextual narration, and the integration of audio-visual elements help students develop clearer, more systematic, and longer-lasting conceptual understanding. In addition, the use of animated videos contributes to reducing misconceptions, increasing learning motivation, and supporting independent and differentiated learning. However, the effectiveness of this media strongly depends on the quality of instructional design and teachers’ ability to integrate it pedagogically into the learning process. Therefore, interactive animation-based learning videos represent a promising innovative medium for improving the quality of elementary education. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan video pembelajaran interaktif berbasis animasi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan menganalisis berbagai artikel ilmiah, jurnal nasional terakreditasi, dan sumber akademik relevan yang terbit dalam rentang tahun 2014–2025. Hasil sintesis literatur menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran interaktif berbasis animasi secara konsisten mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa, khususnya pada materi yang bersifat abstrak seperti sistem pernapasan manusia, sistem tata surya, dan konsep matematis. Visualisasi dinamis, narasi kontekstual, serta integrasi elemen audio-visual membantu siswa membangun pemahaman konseptual yang lebih jelas, sistematis, dan tahan lama. Selain itu, penggunaan video animasi juga berkontribusi dalam mengurangi miskonsepsi, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, serta mendukung pembelajaran mandiri dan diferensiasi. Meskipun demikian, efektivitas media ini sangat bergantung pada kualitas desain pembelajaran dan kemampuan guru dalam mengintegrasikannya secara pedagogis. Dengan demikian, video pembelajaran interaktif berbasis animasi merupakan media inovatif yang potensial untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The utilization of digital technology has become a crucial strategy for enhancing the effectiveness of learning processes in elementary schools in response to the demands of 21st-century education. This article aims to comprehensively analyze the role of digital technology in improving students’ learning motivation, engagement, and understanding, as well as to identify its benefits, challenges, and implementation strategies in elementary education. The research employed a literature review method by examining relevant national and international journal articles, books, and educational policy reports published between 2018 and 2025. The findings indicate that the integration of digital technologies—such as interactive media, online learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), simulations, and educational applications effectively enhances learning effectiveness through more visual, flexible, and student-centered instructional approaches. Furthermore, digital technology supports adaptive and collaborative learning while strengthening students’ 21st-century skills. However, its implementation still faces challenges, including limited infrastructure, insufficient teachers’ digital literacy, and inadequate parental support. Therefore, integrated strategies involving teacher capacity building, infrastructure development, and multi-stakeholder collaboration are essential to ensure the optimal and sustainable use of digital technology in elementary school learning. ABSTRAK Pemanfaatan teknologi digital menjadi salah satu strategi penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas proses pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar seiring dengan tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif peran teknologi digital dalam meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan pemahaman belajar siswa sekolah dasar, serta mengidentifikasi manfaat, tantangan, dan strategi implementasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional, buku, serta laporan kebijakan pendidikan yang relevan pada rentang tahun 2018–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi digital seperti media interaktif, platform pembelajaran daring, Learning Management System (LMS), simulasi, dan aplikasi edukatif terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran melalui penyajian materi yang lebih visual, fleksibel, dan berpusat pada siswa. Selain itu, teknologi digital mendukung pembelajaran adaptif, kolaboratif, dan penguatan kompetensi abad ke-21. Namun, implementasi teknologi masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur, literasi digital guru, serta dukungan orang tua. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi integratif melalui peningkatan kompetensi guru, penguatan infrastruktur, dan kolaborasi berbagai pihak agar pemanfaatan teknologi digital di sekolah dasar dapat berjalan optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The rapid evolution of information technology has entered a new phase that increasingly challenges the limits of classical computational logic. Quantum computing has emerged as a new computational paradigm that exploits the principles of quantum mechanics to address problems that are computationally infeasible for conventional computers. This study aims to analyze the fundamental concepts of quantum computing, recent technological developments, and its potential implications for the field of information technology. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was employed by analyzing peer-reviewed journal articles and research reports published between 2019 and 2025. The results indicate that quantum computing demonstrates significant potential in areas such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics. However, critical challenges remain, including qubit instability, decoherence, quantum error correction, and high implementation costs. This study concludes that quantum computing represents a transformative technological leap that is expected to reshape the future trajectory of global information technology, provided that existing technical and infrastructural challenges can be effectively addressed.

Abstract

This study aims to improve elementary school students’ learning outcomes in mathematics on the topic of time through the implementation of learning video media. The research problem is motivated by low student learning outcomes caused by conventional teaching methods and the lack of engaging instructional media. This study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were 25 fourth-grade elementary school students. Data collection techniques included observation of learning activities, learning achievement tests, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicated an improvement in students’ learning outcomes, as shown by an increase in the average score from 64 in Cycle I to 85 in Cycle II, as well as an increase in learning mastery from 60% to 92%. This improvement was influenced by the use of learning video media, which was able to visualize the concept of time in a concrete, engaging, and easily understandable manner. Therefore, the implementation of learning video media proved to be highly effective in improving elementary school students’ mathematics learning outcomes on the topic of time. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika materi waktu pada siswa sekolah dasar melalui penerapan media video pembelajaran. Permasalahan penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa akibat pembelajaran yang masih bersifat konvensional dan kurangnya penggunaan media yang menarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan McTaggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 25 siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi aktivitas belajar, tes hasil belajar, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan nilai rata-rata dari 64 pada siklus I menjadi 85 pada siklus II, serta peningkatan ketuntasan belajar dari 60% menjadi 92%. Peningkatan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan media video pembelajaran yang mampu memvisualisasikan konsep waktu secara konkret, menarik, dan mudah dipahami. Dengan demikian, penerapan media video pembelajaran terbukti sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa sekolah dasar pada materi waktu.
