Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Supervisor Support, Co-worker Support, and the Work Environment on Job Performance, with Thriving at Work as a mediating variable. The research method used a quantitative approach, with a survey of 204 healthcare workers selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS, including validity, reliability, R², f², Q², path analysis, mediation, and Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA). The results indicate that Supervisor Support and the Work Environment have a significant positive influence on Thriving at Work, which in turn mediates increased Job Performance. Meanwhile, Co-worker Support did not have a significant influence, either directly or through mediation. IPMA confirmed that Supervisor Support has the highest contribution to Job Performance, followed by Thriving at Work and the Work Environment. This study emphasizes the importance of organizational strategies in strengthening supervisor support and creating a conducive work environment to improve the performance of health workers through development experiences (Thriving at Work).
