Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Family Tree method on student learning outcomes in learning History in class X SMAN 1 Payakumbuh District. This type of research is experimental quarsi research. The population in this study were all students of class X SMAN 1 District Payakumbuh consisting of 4 classes with the total number of students, namely 116 students. The sampling technique was taken by proportionate stratified random sampling. The result from the data analysis, it was obtained Thitung = 5.05 and T table = 1.68 where 1.68 <5.05> 1.68 which means that the hypothesis was accepted at the 95% confidence level. Thus it can be concluded that, there is the influence of the application of the Family Tree learning method to student learning outcomes compared to conventional learning methods in history learning in class X SMA N 1 Payakumbuh District. Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of history teachers of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in history subjects. This type of research is descriptive evaluation. From the results of the study it can be seen that in general the teacher's perception of history is positive. Although there are still shortcomings, the shortcomings will be covered over time. The conclusion of this research This is said to be positive because the 2013 curriculum according to the teacher is in accordance with the demands of his era where students are required to be more active and the task of the teacher is only as a facilitator using a scientific approach, in addition to the higher appreciation of history marked by added hours for historical subjects, which are usually only 2 hours a week in the 2013 curriculum into four hours of study and history is also grouped into two namely compulsory history which learns about Indonesian history and history of specialization ie for students who choose the Social Sciences program. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to determine students' perceptions of online learning that had been implemented in the 2020/2021 school year. The research method used is qualitative research. The results showed: 1) Based on the questionnaire, 80% of students answered that they were not interested in online learning, students gave reasons including not having an android, the network was not smooth, and unable to buy internet quota. As well as by reason of difficulties in understanding lessons and boredom in carrying out learning activities at home. The conclusion of the study is that 8 out of 10 students are not interested in online learning. Then based on the results of teacher interviews, the difficulties experienced in the online learning process are also very diverse, including not all students have androids, the teacher's ability about online learning application technology is still relatively new, the media used is not varied. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh organisasi-organisasi kiri pasca Pemilu 1955 sampai pada menjelang peristiwa Gestapu. Organisasi-organisasi kiri ini yang merupakan Underbouw dari Partai Komunis Indonesia ini mulai mengeliat setelah pada Pemilu 1955 PKI. Jumlah massa pendukung PKI dan organisasi massa kiri bahkan semakin bertambah setelah pergolakan daerah. Di Sumatera Barat PKI memperoleh jumlah pendukung urutan ketiga setelah Masyumi dan Perti. Dari hasil penelitian dapat digambarkan Masing-masing organisasi Kiri Ini memiliki program-program yang ditujukan untuk masyarakat terutama masyarakat yang memilik iekonomi rendah atau bawah.Tujuan utama dari program-program ini adalah untuk menarik massa sebanyak-banyak. ada pun program-programnya adalah program Reformasi Agraria, RUU perkawinan dan hak-hak perempuan, pembentukan kebun komunal, sembad dan gotong royong. Aksi sepihak, kekerasan, teror dan intimidasi mewarnai aktivitas PKI dan underbouwnya terutama terhadap eks pendukung PRRI. Pasca PRRI hampir sebagian besar nagari-nagari di Kabupaten Limapuluh kota diduduki oleh PKI karena walinagarinya ikut PRRI.

Abstract

This study aims to (1). Describe the local history lesson plan; (2). Describe the process of learning local history; (3). Analyzing obstacles in the local history learning process. The research method uses qualitative research methods with a case study at SMAN 1 Situjuah Limo Nagari. The results showed that the learning planning was made by the teacher himself, the history learning process was not optimal, the students' lack of readiness in dealing with the learning process carried out outside the classroom, the obstacles faced by the teacher in carrying out local history learning were the distance that was too far from the school to the local historical location. The conclusion of this study is that in learning planning it is necessary to design Student Worksheets (LKS) for additional information so that activities can be carried out properly. Local learning makes students more interested in learning history because students interact directly in real life. However, time and transportation are one of the obstacles in learning local history. Abstract

The Period of the Emergency Government of the Republic of Indonesia (PDRI) in December 1948-July 1949 was a red thread from the presence of present-day Indonesia. Sjafruddin Prawiranegara, who previously served as Minister of Welfare, was then asked to become the Chair of the PDRI, or the same level as the position of a President. The purpose of this study is to see the extent of the influence of Sjafruddin's leadership and the ethical values he demonstrated when he led PDRI in the jungles of Central Sumatra. The method used in this research is historical method consisting of heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. During his leadership, the entire region was given the status of a military government emergency. Uniquely, in Java the civil administration is held by the military, and in Sumatra each administrative area uses the word military in its position. During the eight months of his reign, Sjafruddin has shown ethical values as a head of state, such as integrity, patriotic and nationalist, selfless struggle, and simplicity.

Abstract

Palupuh had an important role in the past. Because the area, which was part of the Oud Agam Sumatra Westkust during the Dutch colonial era, was once designated by the government as a natuurmonument or forest conservation area. During the emergency government of the Indonesian republic (PDRI), it was once an important part of the defense of the mobilie brigade or mobbrig, and the ranks of the people from the onslaught of the Dutch army. In principle, this article aims to explain how Palupuh was before independence and the importance of this area for the defense base in 1948-1949. This article is organized in accordance with historical methods, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The research findings show that during 1948-1949, when the Dutch bombarded Bukittinggi, the mobilie brigade moved its defense base several times. The final choice was Palupuh, which was a defense base in protecting Pasaman, which is in the north and Luhak Limopuluah Koto in the south. The mobrig troops and the nagari or kota defense line (BPNK) heroically guarded the defense bases to the north and south.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of creative thinking skills of students when the teaching and learning process is in progress. This is caused by the lack of varied methods and use of media in learning which makes students passive when learning so that it has an impact on student learning outcomes. Based on this background, this study aims to determine the effect of using spinning wheel media on students' creative thinking abilities in history learning class XI Social Studies SMA Negeri 3 Payakumbuh. This research is an experimental research with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population of this research is students of class XI Social Studies SMA Negeri 3 Payakumbuh which has 4 classes. The sample of this study were 2 classes, namely XI IPS 2 as the experimental class and XI IPS 1 class as the control class. The data taken in this study are the social studies learning outcomes of the two sample classes. The data were analyzed with the similarity test of two averages (t-test), by first carrying out the normality test and homogeneity test. Based on the data analysis test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05), then tcount = 6.08 and ttable 1.68. Because tcount > ttable means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It can be seen from the results of the hypothesis test that the average value of the experimental class was 81.59 while the average control class was 70.69, thus there was an effect of using spinning whell media on students' creative thinking skills in history learning class XI Social Sciences SMA Negeri 3 Payakumbuh.
